Put device and carrier. Should help.
EDIT!
I've seen that the tmob009 cid is for the Poland version of the m8. If that's the case, here is the link to that exact file. Flash if you want, I'm not responsible for damage caused.

hi , just got my phone from ebay and its a superCID one so it seem it cant find any ota , can anyone point me to the most recent RUU ?
or if anyone does have it on his disk can he upload that RUU on dropbox ? thanks in advance
Before anyone can suggest the latest of RUU for you, you need to give more details especially what your current software version no. is ... maybe you have the latest one that is why no OTA update for your device.

it is a demo unit , in a white box , it has superCID and S-ON , the version is 1.46.401.1
Never see a RUU with that no.
Make sure you take care of it, it is not easy to find RUU now as HTC is hunting down people who publish RUU at the moment. But still you can google for it, there are various site with RUUs.
I don't know much about SuperCID, previously you simply run any RUU to your device when you have a SuperCID.
What I understand now is that you need to change the CID to the RUU that you want to flash.
For example, you want to flash an Asia_WWE RUU, you need to change your CID from 111111 to HTC__044 then you can run *.*.707.* RUU. Then again say you want to flash a EU_WWE, you need to change the CID to HTC__001 first then only run the *.**.401.*
BTW, the latest for .401 is 2.22.401.1
HTCRUU has been taken down for now, due to HTC...right now there are NO ruu's to download unless someone has them somewhere

I currently have some type of developer edition firmware that doesnt let me update because it knows I have the wrong phone.
I have changed my CID to H3G_001 as this is what it should be as I am with Three (H3g) in the UK.
I understand an RUU would be best but there are none for my carrier.
What would you do in my situation?
PLease help - I just want my normal phone bac with software that can install updates
Try changing CID to 1111111 through fastboot (cmd - fastboot OEM writeCID 1111111) then fastboot flash a GPE RUU (you can find em through graffixnyc.com).

Your paste.bin doesn't show that you changed the CID back to H3G__001
After you change the CID back to H3G__001, you can restore H3G__001 stock ROM backup and its matching stock recovery then do update.
You need to restore 4.20.771.2 backup.
You can read post #1 on how-to, files available on post #3 and #4

Any further question, you can ask in that thread to get my faster respond.

The developer edition is a normal version - just minus the carrier additions. I would suggest altering your CID/MID to match the developer edition. You already know how to change the CID, so set that to BS_US002. Then change MID using this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2708581.
At this point, you should be able to get OTA updates if you haven't modified the OS. If you have, re-run the developer edition RUU from HTC.
When you are done, you will have a bog-standard "normal" phone in every way - and you will get your updates a heck of a lot faster than you will with any carrier.
Hi I explain my problem. Then I have a HTC ONE M8 with M8_WLV version. Now to install the update to Android 6.0 via fastboot by zip files I changed mid (before I had the MID 0P6B20000 now the MID is 0P6B10000) and cid (HTC__032) but during the installation of the zip file gave me a mistake and now the phone starts up at fastboot. Now I tried again to install the European ruu but it gives me the same problem, I tried the ruu verizon and I did not install because he says that the model id is not compatible and I have also tried installing the sky dragon and viperone (the sky dragon me install but when I go to restart part only in fastboot while viperone crashes to 5% of the installation). Now I do not know what else to try, someone who can help me out? Of course are the S-OFF and unlocked bootloader. Thanks in advance
Oh man ... you have a Verizon CDMA device, you're not supposed to convert it to EU GSM. Both variants have different partition layout ... you may have soft brick it, may have brick its radio and may have hard brick it (but not yet I guess as you still can go to fastboot/bootloader)
Change back the MID to Verizon MID and the CID to Verizon CID and install Verizon RUU. Hopefully you are lucky enough to fix it.

Your thread title and post content don't match. You're having an ruu problem or radio problem?
Did you upgrade to Oreo before trying to return to stock?
