When I press any volume button with the power button a couple times my phone vibrates and gmail automatically opens with a bug report and a screenshot. Does this happen with anyone else? BTW I'm on stock jb with Franco kernel. This happened before I flashed Franco kernel

Yes, it's normal. That key combination generates a bug report, check this

Interesting... so can this be another way of getting a logcat? What I mean is can this "bug report" be compared to logcat?

Thanks for this, I was rather perplexed about the amount of bug reports on my device.
Also is there a way I can remove or disable this feature?

I guess the logcat logs everything since your last boot, and the bugreport only your last actions. But that's just a guess, I don't mess with these things bro, sorry.
I've read about disabling it somewhere, but don't know if it works on JB.

Hit the thanks button then.
I don't believe they have incorporated the ability to disable this yet into JB.

Guys, was just trying to check my s-pen keeper feature..
It used to work previously but now doesnot work. If u move away from the s pen after removing i dont get any notification or alert.
i have ticked the s-keeper feature in s-pen settings.
What could be the issue?
Have you tried a reboot?

I use a car mount the uses a magnet (Mountek) and if I put my phone too far up on the mount, a black screen with just a clock shows. I am guessing this is from the flip case. Is there anyway to turn this feature off? I don't want the black screen to show when I mount. Thanks for any help

Go to Settings>My device>Accessory>Desk home screen display
and un-check the check mark.
That's S-view. Unfortunately there's no way to turn it off.
I had the same problems when I first got my Mountek. Playing around I found that the thinnest plate work the best and you'll have to place the plate lower on the phone.
If you use NFC also you'll need to situate they plate where it will not mage S-view show up but still allow NFC to work.

I unchecked all in Accessories, but the black screen with just the clock & date come up. Any other ideas?
Like I already mentioned, you cannot disable S-View. I only get that screen maybe only once a month after doing what I described above.
You could also flag a non TWz ROM.

I will write you an app that will create a text file onto your sd card. Give me that text file and then I will write you another app to toggle the s view. (It's an idea but it should work)

Dude, calm down. He's doing you a favor. When he's ready he'll post it. No need to be pushy.
@elesbb - Can't you simply change the proximity sensor distance? Should be a simple fix.

S-view get trigger by the magnet built into the S-view case. That's why a magnetic mount trigger the screen. The way I have it, I would have to try very hard to trigger the s-view with my mountek

Yes, was having troubles figuring out how to get what I need without having the device in my hand. Would like to activate the view myself and then make the toggle app.

Frig magnets aren't powerful enough, at least I don't think so.

Thanks. When I do this air command does appear when I remove pen. However pressing the pen button removed air command and then I cannot get it back again unless I put pen back in and out.

Sorry, I forgot, also enable Air Command in settings (there's another setting, separate from the Spen settings, called Air Command).
Thanks I'm such a noob. It was air command disabled after kit kat update.

Very easy.
Just go into settings, and click on the "Display" tab then click on "Home screen" and click off "Smart Bulletin".
EDIT: Something must be wrong with my PC, I replied thinking no one helped you out, but it seems like the other posts just didn't show up for some reason. Not to mention i didn't realize this was a necro'd thread.
