I need clearly visuality skin for iGO8 when I ride my sport-touring bike
Anyone hint for me?
I randomly stumbled across the maximum operating altitude for the iPod Touch and wondered if the same existed for the EVO and other phones. The max is 3000 m (10,000 ft).
Does the EVO have one? Are most electronics capped at 3000m? I know airplanes have pressurized cabins but are you just screwed if you live in a mountainous town and can't have electronics? What will the altitude do to it?
I'm asking this because I'm going to Europe in 8 days and will be spending some time in the Alps - hopefully I will get to see a 4000m+ mountain range, and in a valley town that would put me close to 3000m... so I don't want to **** my **** up!
I know the air is thinner and only electronic I heard that does poorly. Is the plasma tv because of the gas and thin air.

Sorry about this Just had to let it out somewhere, It has nothing to do with the normal connection issues people normally complain about, in fact it was fine for me. It's just that the stap is utter crap, I was out biking earlier... and it just flew of and is now lost in a hedge somewhere Spent half hour looking, no luck Im going to look again tomorrow but does anyone know of any better straps you can buy

Any standard 20mm watch strap will connect to it. Did you lose the strap or did the actual unit fall off the watch attachment? If you are having issues with the liveview popping off the attachment you can secure it with a little piece of adhesive velcro.
I couldn't stand the standard strap that came with it so I replaced it with a bog standard silicone strap with a deployment clasp on it.

Only problem with that is that there is then no way to securely attach the device to the frame meaning it can fly off at the slightest knock and then it's bye bye liveview! I lost it under the fridge this morning!
I'd glue it in if it weren't for the fact you can't charge the damn thing in the frame.
I guess if you got a similar style strap to the standard one (i.e. fabric runs underneath the frame) then you could use the velcro technique...
I am going skiing next week and was planning to keep the Note 2 on the inside of my ski jacket while out at the slopes. Its in an otter case and the jacket has plenty of padding, so I am more worried about any issues with the cold and condensation from temperature changes. Can anyone that lives up north where it snows chime in? (I am from Florida ) .
There's a video on YouTube testing the cold weather capabilities of the phone. It's placed in a freezer for a few hours. Worked like a charm once it was taken out - frozen screen and all.

I'd absolutely love some help in creating a Minnesota Golden Gopher Men's Hockey Moto 360 watch face. It's not something I'm skilled at but would offer my undying adulation for such a thing.
