just wanna do a quick review for the yousave cover, not the raindrop one, the clear one. awesome fitment, transparency. phone looks really well.
also, ive been searching since the times from galaxy s2 for a protective film i had in that phone. i managed to discover it. best films i have ever had for smartphone. a little ticker than usual, awesome touch contact, and the best, it removes all the reflection.

Hi guys. I want to share with you some pics of the new Poetic Palette Case
You can buy on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Poetic-Palett...id=1386866317&sr=1-18&keywords=poetic+nexus+5) for around 7$.
The nice things are the rough touch effect (even if I thought that was a little bit better), and the size (it's very thin).
The cons are the color (I expected a more blueish effect) and the lack of protection for the top/bottom borders.
In general, I still prefer much more the cruzerlite case (I made some comparison photos)

I add new pics in the original post. It adds very small lips, so probably not much screen protections.

I only can say that the better protector films that we can have is the official of Elephone.... The protector case.. The official too.. In this moment the better than we can have.. And we have It free in the box of the Elephone..

True ! This one in PTU is nearly perfect, maybe just a bit too thick around the screen (so this is reducing the bezel less effect).
One thing truely nice would be to have just something for the back, such as heli tape said one member here. That's the element on the S7 that sucks.

I am still looking for one too. Ordered one from Everbuying which was clearly described as 9H tempered glass but I just got it and it is plastic film, same as came on the phone. I found one on Aliexpress which insists it is glass and also warns that it will not give full coverage because of the curve so with that honesty I am hoping it will actually be glass. Ordered but it will be at least two months in shipping. It is hard to live with plastic after having glass on my P8000 which is so easy to keep clean and shiny. Hope someone has a lead on a good glass source.
I received two of the above mentioned glass protectors and my first attempt to install today. Not a good job and the edges lifted. Also the seller does caution that it only covers the flat part of the screen so it actually looks terrible with the lines each side. Have a couple of Samsung S7 edge protectors to try also but I think they are too curved and will not stick in the middle. Will also need to trim the Elephone s-view case to try it so holding off for a while. They will cover the front camera but not too worried about that.
Hi everybody, I have a recommendation for you. I hate cases because I love my phone due to his design and this is 50% why I bought it. So I have bought 3D full body temperature glass for display as usual, but I didn't find any glass for background glass which is easy to scratch. So I decided to buy only film from this site XTREME SKINS. On the site is a lot of variants of skins. I chose black leather because my A3 is black. And this is it. Yesterday, the package arrived and the skin is ****ing awesome. The phone looks very good. I have uploaded photos with it. (sorry for bad quality of photo)

My order arrived today. The backcover had an round imprint, the camera lens protector is rubbish in my opinion. My mistake was that I mistakenly thought a display protection is included in the package.
Overall I'm not very satisfied with the 15 Pounds I invested.
Maybe others are luckier or more satisfied than I am. Guess you got to try it out. Everything shown on the website looks very convincing though.
This would be nice since the phone without a case is very slippery. One question I have is, is the skin thin enough that you'd be able to put a case on for the times where more protection is needed? Thank You

For cases I use a soft TPU crystal clear case by Lenuo as well as a hard case by Nillkin (my personal favourite, light and good texture).
For tempered glass I use one with soft material side, by Lenuo too.

I cant find any edge to edge taffan glass.
and i bought mi official hard textured case. so i doubt is it scrachless on back body when i coverup? and its so hard, fit and clean case. i love it.
and dont use that frame glass screen protector. it damage screen one of my local shopkeeper tells me this.

I use Annure case. it is perfect fit but makes the device bulky. I then use official textured case from mi.com. Same is also perfect fit and doesn't add any weight to the device. For tempered glass, I have no luck yet! One I purchased from MI.com is of no use. It observed too much scratches to it in two days use.

I picked up this case from eBay. It fits like a glove and the camera does not touch when put down on a flat surface. It also makes picking up the phone easier. I've found the phone hard to pick up sometimes...and my hands aren't even that big.

I bought the CaptainShld 3 pack from Amazon. See pics - note the cracked edge. I expect this to happen with most tempered screen protectors as the glass of the protector is just floating.

I think the reason why we do not have a lot of screen protectors for this phone yet is because of the covid-19 epidemic at the moment... I have bought TPU because the goto glass one from T-Mobile has a dark circle over the fingerprint reader and it's an eyesore also it just has edhesive around the edges... I think Zagg has one out now it's on T-Mobile's website for $44... other than that the only ones I found come from China and I am not waiting a month without a screen protector

Have you found a case that is compatible with the ultimate shield? It's so good that it covers the edges perfectly, but now my cases aren't getting a good grip on the curved sides.
I was going to get a screen protector from T-Mobile since I needed one quick...but yeah $44 is insane
i ordered an ultimate shield also after trying the superguardz tpu. the superguardz doesnt fit the screen properly. if feels tacky or soft and will show a mark if you use something hard like your fingernail. theres a hole where the front camera is and it doesnt line up that well either.
So no OEM one from OnePlus for the 8?
The Tamoria is crap. Speaker cut-out is too small and way off-centered.
Pretty much BS that OnePlus didn't make an official screen protector for the OnePlus 8. I have a plastic one on and it sucks

Yeah, it is exactly that one. Matter of fact I dropped my phone getting out of the car one day and it just popped right off. I tried to put it back on, but two days later it finally broke. When I get the new one in I'm going to use some reason from a previous phones screen protector to put it on. Then I think I'm going to cancel the insurance, cause it really is a crappy protector..lol
Can you remove the screen protectors that use UV activated adhesive?
Is the Ultimate Shield UV one compatible with the OEM Oneplus cases? I ordered an UV one from aliexpress but that was two months ago and the plastic thing it came with is starting to get annoying.
Update to my theory..
So I told you when I got my replacement screen protector from T-Mobile I was going to use some resin I had left over from a screen protector from my s10 plus. It worked GREAT!! I applied the protector normally, but really made sure to work that fingerprint spot onto the phone. Then I took the little tube of resin and just took off one end. Then went around the edge of the screen with the open end while squeezing the tube genty till I filled in the whole gap. Then used the UV light to dry it, wiped off the excess, and then hit it with the light one more time. Worked perfectly. I had already ordered this case from amazon which has an optional plastic screen protector built in. So it has has two front plates. One with the protector, and one without, just in case you have your own. Threw the phone in that thing and its fits perfectly on doesn't bother the glass screen at all. Would definitely recommend this combo for the ultimate protection with no drawbacks.

Yes, I've used them for about two years, and never had a problem getting them off. Just lift from one corner. It might start breaking, but that's fine, just move to another corner.
