Doesn't matter, applied it and love it

The recovery mode for sga only has apply update.zip from sdcard. How can i choose other zip files?

BETTER
This one is better compared to the honeygreen 1 & 2.

my device cannot showing the interface menu.
just stop at flash screen. PLEEASE. How to flash or getback my Ace.

Just go in to flashmode and flash desired firmware with Odin.

this theme isn't for froyo..
you need to reflash with odin or get framework-res.apk from other froyo..

do a clean reflash... i would suggest GB...hhehhe.. i encountered that too wheni was still a froyo. i was in the right timing when the first GB was release/leaked. so i went ro GB instead of froyo. goodluck

That's not flashable file
you can extract it and use them as icon in your favorite launcher

@seilent : i dont like the v3. because the progress bar is TOOO slim.. i like the v2 because the progress bar is a stripe.
i suggest to COLOR the NOTIFICATION icons (wifi, bt, gps, sound, AR) when it is enabled. a little of blue will do.
i went back to darkmiui v2.

4. Cyanogen Style Color with a mix of HoneyGreen and Dark MIUI.
** this theme should do the overscroll glow (cyanogen color mode)

I use code nexus rom but i dont have the windows glow. Any idea?

E: cant open /sdcard/update.zip (no such file or directory) installation aborted
why is this??

the default pattern of replacing the bootanimation with ours is not working in my phone so can you please tell me how to change it coz i have tried with two other types 1. using boot box i am unable to change 2. using romtoolbox lite also i am unable to change i think its all coz of changed boot animation which we are geting now so can you tell me how to change the new boot animation. Thanks in advance!!:good:

Every bootanimation comes in a zip file... In case of custom ROMs u have a whole bunch of image sequences, and in case of stock... it's an mp4 file....
The steps to change bootanimations are:
1) Go to your root -> system -> media
2) Here you will find the bootanimation.zip of your ROM
3) Rename it to bootanimation.zip.bak (just to restore if anything fails)
4) Copy and paste your new bootanimation.zip in the same folder as mentioned above
5) You need to change permissions to RW-R-R
You're done. Reboot and enjoy your bootanimation

Hello sir later one of my friend told me to flash the zip file and asked me to wipe the factory data along with dalvik cache and after that my phone got struck after boot logo animation and not at all starting and now its been two hours and my phone is still starting what i am supposed to do

I am a noob in using Android and i rooted the phone today only and i was trying to change the boot animation thats it and i dont know what Rom i am using but i am using lolypop 5.1.1 so it should be lollypop 5.1.1 rom

2) Installed custom ROM like AOSP, CM12.1 etc?

I waited some time to respond to you, because I wait, you end up valid download .... and edit your post. But nothing!
MediaFire controls the upload files ... both before and after the upload. I still wanted to download my zip and then flash: works perfect. It is not corrupt!

Guide To Customize AOD
Requirements :
GUI APK Tool
Stock MIUI AOD App (Included in resources)
template.webp file (Included in resources)
MIUI11 FW (Included in resources)
Any Photo Editing Tool (Free Tool : GIMP)
Steps :
1. Download the aod resources file & extract it.
2. Open APK Tool, go to framework tab, tap on select framework and choose the downloaded miuifw.apk file & Install FW APK.
3. Go back to main tab, Select the stock AOD apk, tick the "Keep Original Signature" option & decompile then minimize the tool.
4. Open the template.webp file in your preferred photo editing tool.
5. Add the logo/image you want over the black bg(Images with transparent bg work best)
6. Export the image, do not change the .webp format and 800x800 resolution.
7. Replace the stock aod images with modified one by navigating into \APKTool\1-Decompiled APKs\MiuiAod\res\drawable-440dpi-v4
8. Replace any of the following stock aod images.
9. Open the minimized apk tool, and Compile the apk.
10. Compiled apk will be placed in \APKTool\2-Recompiled APKs
11. Transfer the modded apk to your phone and replace the stock app with modded app by navigating to /system/priv-app/MiuiAod
12. Reboot.

This mod works by replacing the static images found in the stock AOD, so limited with number of stock options.
UPDATE :
Added DOTA Edition AOD & Custom AOD to post #3
Custom AOD gives the user ability to select any image/gif to be displayed on AOD.

any risk of screen burn in using these images? i know with the standard AOD images they move slightly over time to limit screen burn in or least that is what i understood them to do.

Not working on my k20 Pro MIUI 11.0.1
Hello, I installed it via magisk. The mod shows on my Magisk modules, but when I go to ambient display , I can see only default clock images.
I tried twice. What am I doing wrong here ?
P.S - Just forgot to mention that I don't even see stock AOD styles apart from the 3 clocks . Is it because I have debloated heavily and during the process I might have uninstalled/removed something related to this AOD styles ?

Both zips on latest miui beta give me an error!
If you see it said use miui theme I test it with all 3 stock themes of miui nothing.
