Hi everyone,
I have just bought my first Android phone, the Galaxy S3 & was looking to customize the home screen.
I saw this homescreen on the following thread.

I would like some help in installing this on my S3. I really like the clock & wallpaper.
I know it's from Ultimate Custom Clock Widget but I installed this and can't figure it out.
I am knew to all this & would appreciate the help.

Ive tried searching a lot to no avail.
Not sure how but on my one x running ARHD sense (ICS 4.0.4) the email icon has disappeared from the dock at the bottom of the screen, and its doing my head in.
I cant find how to edit the dock in the phone settings either.
email is still there and functional, just the link icon in the dock gone missing.
Any help?

Why are you uskng stock launcher, it's a pain in the ass. Use Apex Launcher, much morw customisable, including custom dock icons

Because im happy with it. I may well try another launcher thanks and I'll check out apex but any chance of some advice on fixing current setup and issues instead of "hey, do this instead..."
Not possible changing dock apps in sense launcher, hence the "hey, try this instead"...

Just find the email app in your list of apps, long press to take you to the home screen (like your adding a shortcut) and drag the icon onto the dock. You can have any apps you want there. No need for custom roms for this one.

i didn't have any problem switching out the stock sms icon in the dock for the handcent one - no non-sense (no pun intended) launcher needed.

I moved up from an HTC Hero to this so Im still getting used to newer Android features.

Ok, thought as much, in that case, can anyone make suggestions for replacements?
The ones that i'm going to miss are things like:
World Clock
Calender
Contacts with Facebook/Twitter Integration
Any help would be really appreciated!

Hello all,
I recently flashed aokp android 4.2.2 on my galaxy s3 i747 successfully. I just have a few question that I just can't find the answer to. First, I can't figure out how to change the desktop grid on the stock launcher. Is this possible in aokp? I would also like to no how to use the menu capacitive button (bottom right of phone) as a shortcut to google now. If aokp does not include this, is there another app that might? My last question is how can I delete home screens in aokp? I am so sorry for being such a newb and sorry if this is the wrong thread. Not sure where else to look.

I wish I could help more. I am running AOKP on my nexus 7 but not on my SGS3. You are probably better off using another launcher from the market like apex or nova, instead of the stock launcher. They run a lot smoother and have many more options.

Hi guys!
I hope someone can help me, I fell in love with the "Recents" widget from the Action Launcher, but since I moved to a different one (GEL), I can't use the widged or find a decent substitute. I can't find a screenshot, but it's just a simple re-sizable box with the recent apps in it.
Does anyone know anyway of extracting it's *.apk from the launcher ?
