There is stock no MM from Samsung for the i747m, only custom ROMs.
Have a look in the development threads for ROMs that are designed for the d2lte or d2att.

I am running cm11 4.4.2 so i guess will be the same. U need to be rooted. Use root explorer and copy boot animation to system/media
No, not exactly. On stockrom there is no bootanimation.zip to exchange. You have to replace some systemfiles but I dont remember which and where. But Google may help you
