I'll give it a bash tonight for sure. Honestly with the awesome-ness that is your BB8.5 (great performance as well as super battery life) it makes it hard to wanna use other ROMs LOL

Guys I didn't make this ROM it from Meizu and they choose CM as base I can't change it and the ROM its open source
i have to say its a great rom, its the smoothest rom out there, no lag at all,there is some bugs the music player doesnt read music from sd card, and the same with the video player, and the keyboard doesnt support arabic, distortion in high volume, the rest looks very good, hope to see updates soon....

Tried to flash kernel from 3rd post with mobile Odin and phone would not boot anymore. Blank screen after Samsung splash screen. Was able to Odin back to el26. But it broke my flash.

Am i able to flash the Siyah Kernel with this rom or should i "None" in the Aroma installer screen??

No the kernel is not meant for phone and dangerous thats exactly why i removed the kernels from the rom so even if you clicked it nother would happen it would just flash stock cm kernel

It works on 4G but I think its just issues with cm I believe ...sometimes a reboot is what it needs to work

Tried flashing and got a "failed, error executing binary script" also got a "failed trying to flash zip". Checked the md5 and it matches with the rom. Had this problem flashing MIUI v3.6.28. I'm on MIUI v3.6.21 with no flashing problem.
Everything is smooth but yeah MMS is not working

I have miui for su640 and miui for p930 without wi-fi. Wi-fi is turning on but can't connect to work net. So i can say later where is issue (rom or some problems with my wi-fi router).

Good news, the problem was with wifi network at my job, so link for p930 will be avaible in 30 minutes!
No 3G data
I have updated to this version to SU640 after full wipe. Everything works but 3G data.
It seems it's related to my baseband version as I'm using the latest V30c baseband. Is there anyone who can use mobile data with this rom?
If then please share your baseband version!
Mobile data works fine with CM10.1 nightly builds.

Have used both versions, i whould say 3.8.23 is smoother and has better response.. a few lags in 3.8.9 is not noticed now.

Its meaningless, its just a text line in the build.prop file. Just as an example you could have it say "Fred's super kitty cat phone", and that is what it would say under model #. If it is important enough for it to say p930 just modify your build.prop file with a text editor.

3) is this based on official 4.1.2 for su640? If not then what is it based off?
4) I can't get my over clock frequencies to stick using trickster mod. Any suggestions?
5) what are the differences between this and the 3.8.23 release? Am I missing anything?

This is cm based rom, so it can't be so fully functional as official based. About difference between 9 and 23 version, the chanlog for 23 version looks huge, and people in this tread mentioned that some bugs wich were present in 389 are gone in 3823. So it's up to you which one you use.

it temporarily blocks running bckground services and apps in order to improve ram and processor performance when you playing hard games. Use it only when play games.

Found at bug.
If you set a pattern password with the Huawei lock enabled and reboot your phone it does not let you swipe to bring up the unlock screen so there is no way to unlock the phone.
I will add screen shots now.
Edit: There is a mini SIM Card icon at the bottom of the screen

strange...i don't have this problem....did you set backup pin code for pattern the same as a sim pin code?..also i see on your screenshot gsm network icon unavailable on status bar..

I cannot unlock my Sim card because I can't see the Unlock window :/
Update:
Without the SIM Card in I still can not unlock the phone but what I do see is the top of some text at the bottom of the screen.

when you use pattern lock there are an option : make pattern visible....maybe u have not checked this option....try to imaginary draw pattern on lock screen ...maybe the pattern is invisible

I have tried but it seems like it has created the unlock screen off the screen.. Flashing now to do some testing.

I'm going to do some testing over tonight and see if I can find the real cause of the issues. Also to me security I very important. I have tested mobile data, brightness, sound and most of the basic functionality and it all seems good. Will test some of the calling soon.

For now all its working great. Aside the first "oxalis" repacked version this is the first ROM 3.0 that is fully functional for me.
The only thing i miss from B704 its the quick acces right button to the nav bar.
Great customisations in the adance settings.
So I been running it for around 8 hours now I that glitch hasn't come back up. So I haven't a clue whats causing it, I will continue to use this as my daily driver.

open 2 apps you want to split and pres home button. in navbar..then from recent apps nav button...long press on one of them and you will see option add to split view...click on it....it's harder to explain but very easy to do.
