Guys, does anyone have problem whit restarting phone after plug in/out recharger?

Hi everyone, I have a Sony S LT26i, in the notification bar the battery is charging all time, but isn´t connected.The computers don't know my cellphone only charge battery, I try it put in mode flash but is impossible, i connect the plug usb and push the button of volume - and turn on the led green but not recognize anything and then start up. I clean the micro port and nothing... make a reset factory.. and nothing. all started when i root it and connect to pc and then my cellphone went crazy .
any idea for why happen this?

Hi All,
I recently tried to fix my older sons xperia zl, The phone would not power on, it did not show any signs of life when plugged in to a computer. Tried all the different button combos and the off button at the back of unit but still nothing.
So I opened it up and checked each component visually, did not notice anything wrong.
I decides to see what would happen if I disconnected the battery and plugged it in to just usb to the computer.
Well it showed up in device manager as a SEMC flash device, and the red notification light came on. Then it started to try to turn on without me pushing the power button, the screen gets to the sony logo and then goes black and starts again.
The next thing I tried was to flash a new rom to it, under Flashtools it automatically goes in to flash mode, found my rom and hit flash and it completed the flash. Disconnected the usb , connected the battery but nothing no power and still nothing in device manager.
Another weird thing that happens is that while the battery is disconnected and i hold the vol+ a blue notification light turns on and the phones goes into fastboot mode.
I initially thought the battery was the problem so I ordered a new one and installed it but the same thing keeps happen, anytime the battery is connected the phones does not react to and buttons, even when the usb charging cable is also connected.
I am wondering if someone has a schematic or know of a capacitor, resistor or fuse that is stopping the phone from recognizing the battery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My phone was doing just fine. I went to sleep and woke up to my phone dead. Thinking the battery is empty, i pluged it into the charger but nothing happened. Tried connecting it to the computer and it plays some weird sound(it is neither the pluged in sound nor the pluged out sound). When i hold the power button while the phone is connected to the computer, the computer plays the pluged in sound but as soon as i realise the button, it plays that weird sound again. Tried to pull my battery out and hold the power button for a minut then put the battery back in but still nothing. it's not giving me a single clue of being alive. Is my phone compeletly dead or is there something i can do?
its turn on if it is plugged into the mains or laptop??
I changed the battery and no change.
and when it is on, i can disconnect it from the mains and it continues to function without problem.
i reset it for factory settings
if i turn it off, I have to plug it into the mains so that it turn on.
What is the problem ???
When I plug my bs3 into my pc it quickly does the popup to ask if to use as charge or file transfer. Then just keeps flashing that notification on and off on repeat while making the connect and disconnect sound and the pulse vibrate. Can anyone tell me what is causing this? Its been happening since I got the phone and have tried different usb ports and two different usb c cables.
