So I recently updated to 4.4.2, stock rooted rom and I can not download any mms. I've tried changing my apn settings with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Every rom you flash your going to have to reconfigure it for mms since your on cricket. I recommend Shooter E3D nice stable rom

I have a Rogers S III 32 GB. For some reason the default APN settings don't allow me to tether (although my account is configured to allow it).
I've discovered if I change the ltemobile.apn to mms + internet + dun and delete the ltedata.apn I can tether.
However, every time I reboot the phone it discards my changes and restores the default.
I'm running the rooted stock ROM.
Is there any way to make my custom APN settings stick?
Thanks!
Have you tried to reset to factory and root again?

No, I haven't tried that. Is there a preferred routing method? I flashed a rooted version of the stock using Odin as per one of the threads in February section.

I had a similar problem with APN changes not staying on reboots. The only way I was able to solve it was using a custom ROM (not stock)
****EDIT****On a side note the attached image is the image verification I was asked to input for this post.
I just downloaded mobile Odin and I get the error in the screenshot. I'm on Rogers rooted stock rom. Anyone else get this error.

Did you check the mobile network settings?
Also do a factory reset. Maybe It'll be auto retrieved. .
Can you explain what you mean by mobile settings?

I mean your access point names.
Just came back to twiz after using CM11 for a couple weeks. Odin to 4.1.2 then flashed 4.3 with twrp recovery. Right now I have an IMEI number, but no internet access, no bluetooth mac address and obviously no ip address. Wifi works perfectly, tried removing sim and restarting and all that. Wondering what I can do to fix this? Odin again? Also when I try to access mobile networks under connections, it shows a error "insert sim card to access netowork services"
Btw I didn't restore imei, it was already got. Also didn't want to make new post but trying to edit in stop was causing fc

Your APNs could be faulty. Better Do Factory Reset in Recovery then wipe Dalvik + Cache then re-flash your CM again. First thing to do after that is check your Access Point Names in Settings >Advanced > Access Point Name
Did you flash the 4.3 modem?
