The RTL patch for Arabic users have been improved a lot.
The browser, maps and mail problems has been fixed!!!!
Now: you can do it yourself!
Instructions:
Extract the contents of the latest MIUI-Arabic-RTL-T9-Script-Vx.x.zip (attached to this post) to your computer.
Extract this 3 files from the MIUI Rom :
"libandroid_runtime.so" and "libwebcore.so" from "/system/lib"
"framework.jar" from "/system/framework".
Copy the 3 files to the input folder of our script
Run "Commands.exe"
Wait for the tool to finish working (do NOT close the CMD windows during the process)
Select your device for proper "/system" mounting with the flashable ZIP (Other in this case).
Choose version (you will be prompted to give MIUI version, Ex : 1.9.2-SGS2).
Enjoy your RTL!!!

I have a problem however... I downloaded the Al-Jazeera font and applied it in the theme manager. However I feel like the Persian text using this font is not the way it's supposed to look!
Al-Jazeera font looked really beautiful using Madmack's MOD on stock SGS II ROMs.
But it looks ugly here! Kinda like original MIUI font for Persian text.
Tried restarting the phone, still getting ugly shaped fonts!
Any solution?

I didn't test this fonts, but your issue was reported on MIUI forum.

For Samy Roms look here, but it's also for deodexed Roms, for odex roms i think you should deodex framwork.jar, patch it and odex it again.

When I try to change the font to one of the fonts in your thread nothing happens and the font does not change.

I don't really have the background knowledge of how to do that, perhaps a real developer could provide a patched odex framework.

Yes, the list of messages in GMAIL is affected by the RTL patch. It starts to show the two letters "KB" instead of the three dots "..." at the end of the line.

If you want to install it, first make a nandroid backup and then update with zip package via CWM recovery or follow these steps

sorry, i just read that you work from AOSP so it will undo the fb hack.
anyway thanks for your work, im going to try it anyway as there are enough apps on the market to sync fb contacts.

Could you make "ZIP" to roll back changes which your MOD is doing?
Of course I will not dare to test your MOD without nandroid backup first - but say, what if after 10 days I'll decide to remove it - I will loose a lot of things restoring nandroid backup - that is why I'd prefer to "unroll" your MOD with another "zip" with untouched/generic files.
Anyway - great work !

because of different builds and versions, there is a better way of backup this package.
do this before installing my MOD.

Unfortunately your MOD is not working for me.
I did nandroid backup and on top of that I've made copy as you suggested.
Then I did install ZIP file via CWM.
After reboot - still I got stock caller.
I did install ZIP for the second time - again the same old stock caller :/
After third time I realized that doesn't make any sense.
I manually replaced Contacts.apk from your ZIP file to system/app folder but I gain only that I lost "people" and "phone" apps from the phone.
I had to restore nandroid backup.
I'm not sure why your MOD doesn't work for me.
Maybe because I already have some MOD's from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1425612 installed?
tested on the latest repository build 4.0.3.0.2.0.1.0 and working properly...

My phone is nexus s 9023, unfortunately,your mod is not work in my stock 4.0.3, it can be flashed in rom, Phone.apk and Contacts.apk are woking,but the dialer is stock dialer still.
and I have been decompiled the Contacts.apk in your mod, use your res/ and /smali to modified my own decompiled Contacts.apk, finally, use the new Contacts.apk to replace the old one in my rom, reboot, and the Phone.apk is FC.

when you have not a Xperia M2 Devices, delete the build.prop inside the zip file then Flash it.
After Flash edit the build.prop of your devices and add the lines, they i have posted at end for the build.prop
i Need some Tests on other devices before i make a the add to build.prop script ^^
I will give this a go now. Sounds like it is a copy and paste action for the build.prop as per instructions.
The ROM to test are RR 5.8.3. Will report back when I am done (will do a dirty flash of the ROM since I have Sony apps already and then flash this mod).

Should I delete that build.prop before I flash?
Edit: I opened up the ZIP and I think you should remove that build.prop completely since it will cause a mess on any other device and ROM than the particular Xperia model. I don't think my Mi Max will be particularly happy about being "transformed" into a brand new Xperia...
What would be great is to simply add the build.prop tweaks to the end of the existing (on device) build.prop the same way as PexoMod do.
I appreciate your efforts since I am used to Sony devices and their apps, good to have the possibility to make anything "Xperia" with a simple flash.
My stray away from Sony was their failure of replacing the Xperia Z Ultra (which is an excellent device and my trusty companion for three years).

Uploaded a new .zip file with script test it now
Great. I removed it with MiXplorer and did a test flash. It flashed properly so I am wiping /system now in order to dirty flash the ROM and then the Xperia apps (had PexoMod apps installed so I decided to clean up).

My impressions so far and ideas of improvement:
1. The flash went well, everything runs smoothly.
2. All apps are working.
3. Play Store updates are working.
4. Sony made some changes to the Album app recently, making the latest version (updated from Play Store) crash - this problem affect all 8.4.0.4 editions circulating (the official one and the modded XDA one). The Album app in your ZIP works but when updated from Play Store the crashing start.
5. The bootanimation isn't 1080p. It plays on 1080p screens but are 720p.
So I think you are on the proper track with this package, two thumbs up.
I have a few suggestions for the next version:
1. Update Album to 8.2.0.x (until a fix is found, the 8.4.0.x are going to crash on everything that isn't a Sony stock ROM I guess)
2. Update Music to the latest version (the ZIP contain 9.3.0.5 something and the latest version updated from Play Store work perfectly).
3. Update the bootanimation to a 1080p version for maximum compatibility with as many devices as possible.
4. Remove the build.prop from the ZIP or put in a script that flash the edits into an existing one.
I think you are on the right track and really appreciate that you make it a one-stop solution.
Xperia Launcher work fine as well but I use Nova instead.
Keep up the good work and thank you for a great project with a lot of potential.

i take the files direct from my XZ Premium ^^ and with Album i knows ist Crash after update from playstore.
I uploaded a new package ^^ with a script ( build.prop are removed )
I think updates the apps direct from playstore are better ^^

Interesting, it seems like Sony is a bit behind themselves with the versions, then - I fully agree on the Play Store so it doesn't really matter what the ZIP contains itself since the apps are updating themselves anyway. I think the most important part is to get them onboard the device so they can be updated automatically - which works great with your package. I was just a bit surprised that Sony didn't put the latest apps in but perhaps their latest stock ROM is a bit "older"?
My device is a Xiaomi Mi Max with RR 5.8.3 and I have the Xperia Z Ultra as well (that baby is on PAC-ROM based on 5.1.1).
Those packages are always interesting to me since I always use AOSP/Lineage based ROMs on all devices.
Will download your new version, then dirty flash the device again and test.
I am pretty sure that your script is going to run well on every ROM based on Lineage OS. Sony apps are typically very friendly in operation on custom ROMs.
One question: Do you have a newer version of Sony Video on your device? The latest I can find is 9.5.x.x and it is far older then any other of their apps even if it works well in general.

test it plz maybe the pack works for your phone instant. lockscreen clock must be edited at Framework ^^. all Apps inside are from XZ Premium.

Sony stopped devlompent of Semcvideo.apk only Video&TvSlide are existing more.
On my XZ premium i dont have SemcVideo only Video&TvSlide
Semc Video are inside SemcAlbum.apk! when you decompile it you can see it.

Thank you for that information. I have been flashing Video for a long time now, didn't really understand that they merged it into Album.
I am downloading the new package right now, will report back after flash.
Working perfect in Xperia Z5 Crdroid Rom. The bootanimation is 720. The other apps are working perfect. I will try more and reprot back

I have created a flashable Zip to remove all the unnecessary bloatware and extra Apps from MIUI and AOSP roms.
You can do the same by rooting your device and removing the apps one by one. But there should be a better and quicker way to do this.
It will remove around ~50 apps in MIUI and ~30 in AOSP roms in one go

What it will remove,
Google Apps excluding Play Store (obviously) - So reinstall whatever you want from Play Store afterwards
Your default launcher and keyboards - hence the prerequisites.

It does keep your dual apps, second space, scrolling screenshot from MIUI but I have removed personal assistant, Mi launcher and Mi cloud.
If you need those then refer to last section which provides guidelines to edit the zip for personal preference.
Why you should use it,
Makes more space available
Cleans up the app drawer
Less apps should logically lead to better battery life
How to flash,
Reboot to recovery
Flash the zip file
DO NOT WIPE DALVIK AND CASHE
Reboot
What if you want some of the apps which I think are Bloatwares ?
Install WinRar
Open the zip and browse to DeBloater.zip\META-INF\com\google\android
Open updater-script
Suppose you use MIUI screen recorder app then locate the line which deletes this app ( I have added app description comment for every app so you can easily locate the line )
delete_recursive("/system/app/MiuiScreenRecorder"); # Mi Screen Recorder
Put a "#" at start of this line (which we call as commenting out the line ) so the modified line will be,
#delete_recursive("/system/app/MiuiScreenRecorder"); # Mi Screen Recorder
Save the file.
Note that there are some apps which will need multiple lines to be commented out (like "Mi Cloud" requires three lines to be commented out like above.) So search entire file to find the app name and comment out all such lines.
If you use other ZIP software then you may unzip .. modify updater-script .. and rezip.
For any query related to any app or the modification .. just comment below with your query.

Should work fine as MIUI has the same app names across devices.
Just to be on safer side do the following [ if you wish to try it ]
Download and save full recovery update zip from http://en.miui.com/download-298.html and save it in your Internal storage.
Flash the debloater ( refer steps in OP .. again DO NOT WIPE DALVIK and CASHE right after flashing debloater)
In case you have errors/force closes in the phone usage .. just wipe cashe and dalvik cashe in recovery.
Flash full recovery rom zip file
disable dm-verify .. you can flash lazy-flasher zip as well.
reboot.
All your system apps will be restored and you are back to normal.
You can use any third party keyboard .. just make sure you have one setup before removing all stock ones via the debloater file.

I use nova launcher prime for years, and I always use miui based custom roms, sometimes miuipro roms and for the other times I use multirom roms

Are you able to get out of bootloop and back to stock rom with flashing full ROM package?
I have used the same process countless times during creation of the debloater zip. It is just removal of app folders from system partition so the full ROM package should sort this.
As I mentioned it was a long shot and I have few users flashed this on Note 4 (mido) and worked fine there.
But still, really sorry for the inconvenience.
