[Q] Smaller multi window size. - Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) Q&A, Help & Troubl

I have a 2012 Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 A4.1.2
Is there a mod or app that will allow me to resize a floating multi window (pen window in the the newer devices) to a smaller than the approximate screen size of 7 cm x 11cm? I frequently use the app Quickpic in that mode but it would be helpful to get the window using up less screen space.
On the newer 2014 Note 10.1 models the window also seems limited to a similar minimum size, even though the screen resolution is much greater.
Is there also a way I can resize or remove the top window bar?
Thank you for your time and efforts

Better Font Handling in Chrome Browser ?

I'm used to the Galaxy Note II stock browser that has many options for adjusting font size.
Once adjusted a simple double touch on any text zooms it in perfectly.
The Chrome browser on the Nexus 7 v2 seems lacking in font adjustments and buggy?
Double touches seems designed to zoom in on the text and google ad next to it, leaving the text too small.
This site is a good example where it just seems buggy.
Some posts end up with a tiny font, others a larger font.
If I turn on magnification some fonts enlarge and some get smaller...
Any suggestions, is it possible to use the Note II stock browser on this, or do any 3rd party browsers handle fonts better ?
This happens to me to on my nexus 4, so I'm assuming it's an android chrome problem as a whole app
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
Arg. I'm on the original nexus 7 and after the Android 4.3 update the fonts in chrome got much smaller. Dammit.
And no, increasing fonts using the accessability option does not do the right thing. It create all sorts of other problems.

Phone UI on N7'13(CM11)

Having used and gotten very used to my Nexus 4, I've noticed a single quirk about my Nexus 7 that I'd really like to change. That is how the navigation bar stays on the bottom of the screen regardless of resolution, in landscape mode. However, my Nexus 4 will alter where it puts the navigation bar in landscape or portrait(that being right side and bottom, respectively).
Is there any way to get my Nexus 7 2013(with CM11) to follow this as well? It's much easier to hit the buttons like that, when holding it in both hands in landscape mode.

[Q] Full screen from split window?

Galaxy Pro 8.4 NE3 BTU firmware
If I am using Facebook app (for example) and I click a YouTube video to watch, a secondary 'split' window opens, allowing me to watch the video.
However, there are times I'd like this to become the focus window, and run full screen.
I see you can drag the blue dot to increase/decrease window size, but is there a way to make the window full screen (maybe with a gesture?) and actually lose the blue dot altogether? Much like you'd do on a Windows computer using the maximize button, for example.
If you press the blue dot, there's a button to go full screen (2nd from bottom).

Display size and DPI

The attached image shows MobileSheetsPro running on my old Galaxy Note 10.1 (left) and on the S4 (right).
The note is 1280x800 and the S4 is 2560x1600.
I would expect the applications to look the same, but this is not the case. On the S4, the dialog is about 25% larger, the icons are larger, etc.
If you are familiar with MobileSheetsPro you can see that I needed to lower the font sizes used by the program (to about 80%) to get the same contents on the display. Other applications show similar differences.
DevCheck (see 2nd attachment) shows resolution 1280x800 and screen density 160dpi (mdpi), 1280dp x 800dp for the Note, and for the S4 resolution 2560x1600 and screen density 360dpi (xhdpi), 1138dp x 711dp. I find the red numbers puzzling.
Is this normal behaviour? Is MobileSheetsPro misbehaving? Is there some setting that can (needs) be adjusted?
'm confused about this as well. Just picked up a a new s4 for super cheap...and games are too zoomed. I used recheck and an online tool and they both show 1280 x 800. Tried changing min width in developer settings to no avail
My tablet is at home, and this isn't the behavior I remember, but i don't use Mobile Sheets, and it could be specific to software. Android does some weird treatments that are supposed to be based on resolution. The xhdpi is a clue to this. In your old tablet it was using the native resolution in determining what resources to use/scale. On the new one, it appears to behave as if it believes the dPI is higher than it really is and the resolution lower. Somebody who understands better how this works in Android will have to give a more complete answer.

Question The Latest Features of Galaxy Z Fold4 Coming to Fold 3 with OneUi 4.1.1.

The Galaxy Z Fold series has always been about shapeshifting, with different ways to increase functionality, whether your device is opened or closed. With the new Taskbar, you can access and switch between apps faster than ever, providing a familiar PC-like layout that puts everything you need right at your fingertips.
With drag-and-drop support straight from the Taskbar, multitasking5 on Galaxy Z Fold is easier than ever. Dragging an app to the edge now opens split view, while dragging it into the center will open it in pop-up view, giving you multiple ways to see your apps and easy switching between views.
Sometimes the best apps come in twos and threes. If there are apps you find yourself using together, you can now add pairs or groups of apps to the Taskbar, allowing you to access your favorite app pairs all at once.
Multitasking features are also more intuitive and easier to interact with now, thanks to new gestures. With simple swipe gestures, you can instantly switch full-screen apps to pop-up windows or split your screen in half for more ways to manage your tasks.
The Galaxy Z series offers a truly versatile photography experience, making the most of its flexible form factors. With Dual Preview, you and your subject can see the shot at the same time before it’s captured by displaying the image both on the Main and Cover Screen. Now with full control of the camera right on the Cover Screen, you can take high-resolution selfies with the main camera using Rear Cam Selfie.
