Can anyone suggest a good usage meter app (call, sms, 3g, free number,...) ? I have tried all the ones on play store but no one work as it should.

Thanks but this one only monitor data usage, nothing else.

Theme mainly depends on the files you have changed in the rom. You can download a stock flashable rom and extract those files from it.

I have now started to wonder, why there is no android 3.x for phones... I know that it's made for tablets, but I'm seriously curious why it's like that. Is there anyone who can make it clear for me?

Yeah but the only difference is the screen size so after changing dpi in rom it could be used on phones.

I don't think so, probably changing dpi would work as it does on GB and older, so even if someone'd be able to port it, there'd no phone interface
Android 3.0 was basiclu a beta 4.0 and that it was pretty buggy

it just makes screen "bigger" or "smaller", like a zoom-in and a zoom-out
it doesn't change the way the applications are displayed (for example, if you modify dpi on ics from 240 to 160, apps like Settings will change from a single-column view to a two-columns view, while that doesn't happen on GB)
Thanks, I didn't know about it, but basically we can modify the apps in android 3.x to switch them to phone view manually.

Android 3.x was a sort of public beta, it was released as an incomplete ICS (probably because a lot of manufacturers were adapting GB for their tablet, and GB wasn't thinked for that sort of devices) without any source code, so it is almost impossible to have an AOSP build of Android 3.x (also if you note Cyanogenmod has skipped from 7 to 9 for this problem)
