Try to head over to Oppo's own forum, Addel Oppo's Product Manager made a thread about how to flash ColorOS recovery with links to the recovery too.

Official support for our phone was discontinued several months ago. See the official thread here for info. Best bet now would be NutOS. Also found here in the threads.
