Not yet but few devs are already working on it and we already have a beta cm10
try the Rom posted by dhacker29, everything works fine expect microphone during phone calls. this is super fast and stable.
I hope in a couple of days we will have full working rom.

I beleave the Miui rom can be the best rom out there but I hardly see anyone talk about it or talk about working on it for the g2. Is any one in modaco working on this rom yet?

Might want to ask over in Modaco though if you are looking for a version from them?
what so good about miui anyway?
i just don't see it as the best rom or anything
to be honest, i like the sense ui more
I personally think it makes a phone into an iphone wannabe. I specifically bought this phone *because* it wasn't an iphone.

no, first it will upgrade to 4.0.4 and then to 4.1.1
Yeah, but you should have had 4.0.4 a long time ago.
The updates are incremental, so it will do each one.
What software version do you have now?
I just bought the phone and i have 4.03 but i dont want to update to jellybean now,I would want to update to 4.04,are you all shure that it goes to 4.04 not to jellybean if i update it trough standard update process??
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Yes. It tells you what you're getting and you can cancel it before continuing.
One more question should I update to 4.04,I mean is there much improvment conserning battery life, heating,is it much better than 4.03??
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Yeah, definitely much better.
Would update erase apps that I downloaded,or music, videos,or documents from memory??
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
None of the updates I installed did this, everything remained intact and functional.
The occasional person says they have a problem... There's always one!
Just do it already!
Update number I got is 2.17.728.5 is that jellybean or ics 4.04???

Don't know what carrier you have but if you manually check for updates the JB should also be ready fir download......
As i understand my phone cid is 023 australia an it is bought unlocked,I didn't check for jb because I don't want it,because I'am new to ics,my previous phone is gingerbread so this is a big leap for me,and I won't update untill I'am bored with this one

hi guys,
after the release of the nexus 5 and the announcement of android 4.4 kitkat, it seemed that the focus is to bring the new os to as many devises as possible, and the say it will work well on phones with as little as 500mb of ram.
if this is so, do you think that a 4.4 rom for our dear old desire world be better than say any 4.x roms?
anyways, this is my first post so sorry if its wrong in any way
I believe that the community version 4.4 Kit Kat will follow in short time. It is last chance for my desire to wake up.

This is good news. That means that Android 4.4 isn't that different from Android 4.3. We will probably see a build for the Desire as well.
hopefull

I have also got the launcher app and a few others from the nexus 5 system dump. I'm still on VJ jb 4.2.2 v6.3. And it works quite well. I might try to build a 4.4 ROM for our beloved desires , but its still gonna be a long way off as 4.3 is still in its alpha/beta stage.
Anyways I'm looking forward to bring a new lesh of life to our dyi g desire.

Can we get duak sim function on CM for our galaxy grand?
I think due to lack of dual sim capability on CM, most of the users of SGG avoid to use cm.
Atleast in my case, I am waiting for that feature in cm.

+1
but happy with the performance of these ROMs developed by our Gr8 devs... i can sacrifice one sim for the performance.
You can sacrifice but not everyone can do this.
Specialy in those case who uses one sim for work and other sim for home use.

kitkat is in very unstable developing phase right now and i think cm10.2 better option for us now as it is in more or less stable right now.
so first cm 10.2 then cm11 for us.
Waiting for cm 10.2 for our Grand ...

You are right.. Yesterday I saw kitkat running (cm 11) on galaxy s3..Which is a preview version.... Samsung galaxy phones are one step ahead because the features that came in kitkat are already embedded in android 4.2.2. For example transparent notification bar.,contacts search etc.. Waiting for your cm 10. 2

Is the proximity sensor ok ??
Hi there !
I installed this rom on my phone and noticed that it may be the proximity sensor which is leading to reboot.. because the sensor jumps in right where we answer an incoming call ( phone reboots at that time) and again when we make an outgoing call ( again.. the phone reboots at that point).. so is there any method to disable the proximity sensor so that I can test it ?? .. just an opinion because I felt that it might be the reason..
Thanks and Great Job Devs..
cm 10.2
i download cm 10.2 for galaxy grand from xda dovelopers site and flash it properly through cwm recovery. after booting SYSTUM UI always stopping …means popup window appers and say ” SYSTUM UI STOPPED WORKING “…
I was using stock android 4.2.2 before installing
So I flashed the rom perfectly on my unlocked AT&T LG OG Pro E980 everything works perfect except the ear piece when making a phone call. I tried posting this on the thread but I'm not allowed because I'm new here. When I plug in headphones and use the mic works like a charm but I won't be with headphones 24/7 so I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue.
Its a known bug for us tmo userd on AOSP, AOKP and CM roms. There is a fix for it created by @tdm for both kitkat and 4.3 roms. 4.3 fix must be baked into the rom or by someone with dev experience but the kitkat fix is in the original dev section.
