Hi! Sorry for my poor English first.
What does different baseband affect, bettery or something else?
And what does the number (like baseband 36/64/... ) means?
Thanks for your answering!
The baseband is the subsystem of the phone that controls radio communications. The different versions are basically updates to the radio.
what baseband is this?
im from the Philippines and i though my baseband is better if it's LH1???

Hi all, i have some of Question need Answer
First please sorry about my poor English
i have a LG F240K used, my phone have 2 imei, one on *#06# and one on my under battery case, both is checked via chalg.com and all show it belong of F240K version. So here is my question :
- My *#06# is a fake imei ? if so, can i have chance to recover my original imei ( on my under battery case ) ?
- My baseband version show up : APQ8064/MDM9x15M , kernel 3.4.0
i searched it and the result is : Optimus G, F180 ...etc ( not of F240K )
- The F240K via google have APQ8064T/MDM9x15M with " T " after 8064, but my network still fine, so may i need to reflash my baseband ? and how can i do it ?
And i'm using SphinX v1.3 remod 20.4.14 20E ( kitkat ) , my wifi with so weak signal , 2 point of wifi singal on 5meter from the wifi AP, may it cause because my baseband ?
Please help me solve my questions , tks all so much
Hi all,
I have a G3 D855 16gb; european version. I flashed my Phone with the new v10L firmware but by accident I took the global version instead of the v10l-EUR-xx. But even using Flash Tool 2014 trying to get it back to stock firmware, no matter what I try, any firmware will say it's global now on my Phone. I'm sure I downloaded the EUR-KDZ file. Anyone has any idea how this is possible, or how to fix this?
Thank you in advance!
Not sure it matters. I thought it based version suffix on imei number. I flashed international/european but it says SEA.
I really hope so indeed! I just can't find a way to fix it...
I intend to flash 4.4 on my d855 which is currently running 5.0.
This site (csmg.lgmobile. com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=35xxxxxxxxxxxx) gives me the following info when I search on my IMEI:
<model>LGD855</model>
<sw_version>D85520H_00</sw_version>
D855 is the model number, right. The 20H part, I'm not so sure of. The rom I assume I am going to flash is named Northern Europe D85510A_00.kdz. The same, but with 10A at the end.
So I'm wondering. Does 20H at the end of the KDZ file simply mean Android 5.0, and 10A means Android 4.4? I need to know so that I don't flash an incorrect rom. If it means what I think it means, it is the right ROM. Right?

Thanks! :good:

D855 is model number.
10/20 means 4.4.2/5.0 respectively.
A-Z letter at the end of firmware version means subversion. 10A is first 4,4,2 firmware, 20A is first LL firmware and so on.

Nowhere. Each OEM names them in his own unique way.
