Invalid SIM - Sprint LG G2

I recently started getting the "Invalid SIM" warning on my lock screen and in the status bar. The weird thing is that I still have service. Sometimes rebooting fixes it, other times updating the network profile or PRL will make it go away. Any ideas why this is happening?

[Q] Stuck message waiting indicator // voicemail indicator

After searching quite a bit I see a lot of issues with Google Voice and indicators etc, but this doesn't apply to me as have never used GV.
My voice mail indicator is stuck on even after my carrier resetting the message waiting indicator flag. I thought it had to be a problem at the carrier still, but interestingly if I put my sim in a different phone I don't get the problem. This has persisted through a data wipe and clean flash of a AOKP JellyBean 2.0. I can clear it by force closing the phone app (or wiping data on the phone app) but a reboot or airplane mode on/off and it comes back. Anyone have any ideas? Oh tried 30 times leaving a message and clearing it again both with reboots in between etc. and waiting for voicemail to hangup instead of hanging up myself etc...
Any phone system engineers out there? I think it has to be the carrier but then why doesn't it pop up on a different phone?

Activation keeps popping up everytime I turn the phone on and off

I just recently updated my phone to 4.1.2 using the LJC-MA7_All-In-One and Stock_SPH-L900VPAMA7_Odex
And now the activation notification pops up and runs everytime I turn the phone off and on again is there any way to get rid of that?

This should clear the issue you are having, it did for me......was having the same issue as you

Some issues of the stock rom, is anyone else having them too?

hi guys, i got a d855 and i have some issues which i think they may be stock rom's bugs and i d like to hear your opinion. I have the latest ota V10h-EUR-XX btw.
1) Every time i restart it appears in the notification panel the "voice mate" shortcut. I remove it using the edit at far right but still it reappears every time i reboot the phone.
2) Sometimes after an unanswered call or message the screen turns on as usual but it doesnt turn off. Ofc i ve selected to shut off at 30 seconds from the settings. Even if i change the settings to like 15 seconds the screen still wont turn off unless i manually lock it. This problem fixes if i restart the phone.
3) Every time i boot my phone i get this message: "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped"
So is there someone else who experiences these kind of issues?
wow, these 3 bugs are new to me. haven't experienced any of those at all.
I'm on V10J global though.
You're having permissions issues.
I'd bet my left testicle that a fresh flash back to stock will fix all 3 of your issues.
+1 on the voice mate .. irritating ~
I've encountered the screen on issue - although not only did the screen stay on after a missed call, the phone also became and remained completely non-responding, no screen input registered. Had to reboot manually. It happened only once in 3 weeks though.

At a loss over signal loss.

I have an annoying signal loss problem that has been on-going since 4.4, seemed to get a bit better with 5.0, but is bad again with 5.1. At random intervals the phone just loses all signal, as in no bars at all (just an empty triangle), and not even a provider showing. It does say "Emergency Calls Only" in the titlebar, not "No Service", suggesting it actually has signal. This is exactly what it does with no SIM inserted, but I have tried different SIMs to no avail. Eventually it does come back again by itself, but restarting the phone always fixes it straight away.
I can also trigger this behaviour by making a call. Sometimes it works, but sometimes as soon as the call connects, the signal does as described above (so naturally the call drops).
I have googled this for hours and found some problems that sounded similar, but no suggested fixes made a lasting fix on mine. One suggested fix was to clear cache and data for the "Phone" app, force stop, then restart. However, I noticed I have 3 apps labelled Phone. Is this normal? I did the clear/stop/restart on all of them, and that possibly helped for a while, but it started doing it again.
Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this?
the network problem is very troublesome. I now use two phones, one specifically for calls, and one this X ZL. Mine has a bit different problem. it doesn't catch good signals, and while on calls, it automatically loses signals. the call quality is also poor, i tried different sims, but to no avail. my 4 year old Samsung champ gives loud clearer calls on the same sim on the exact same location at the same time where my ZL fails to deliver. i wish we could change the hardware network module

WiFi notification setting broke after 5.1.1 update

I am always aware when I'm connected to WiFi so I've had the setting in WiFi settings for notifications when connected or nearby WiFi turned off. But when I did the 5.1.1 update it seems to be showing the persistent notification again. When I went into the settings the box is still unchecked and when I toggle it is does nothing at all. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it? Any information would be appreciated.
Things I've already tried 1) restart phone both with it checked and unchecked 2) factory reset phone 3) force stopped notification
The pesky noticed can not be removed as far as I know.

That's weird. It was on 5.0.1
Looks like a bug...
in order to get rid of the notification (i know how to do this cause of the same exact bug on the S4 a few years back)
1. Settings
2. Applications
3. Application Manager
4. Swipe to all
5. Tap on android system
6. Tap on force stop.
That should get rid of the notification.
Not worth the hastle everytime the wifi is turned on!

Just wanted to update everyone who might have the same problem. It seems like they fixed this in another security update Verizon pushed out recently. I am now on Build Number LMY47X.N910VVRU2BPA1. I'm glad they addressed this because it was really annoying.
