What notification app are you guys using? - Xperia Z1 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

What notification light app do you guys use? I know light flow was a good one for my Nexus 5. Just wondering what you guys use and what work best for the z1c. Thanks

I'm using Light Manager :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.koo.lightmanager&hl=fr
I'm only using it to change the flash rate.
I haven't try others apps.

Is the Voodoo mod not available on the NS4G?
I just installed the newest version this morning, and do not see that app or option.

btw is there any chances for a transparent pull down menu?
I notice one bug so far. When I get an email notification my buttons light up and stay lit. Not sure about texts etc.
Edit: Can confirm other notifications light up the buttons as well.

Confirmed here as well. Man, this was going solid until I read this post! Don't know if I can run with this with the battery drain this may cause.

It's not a bug, don't worry =) It's because BLN (backlightnotification) is turned on by default in 0.2.5
Download the BLN control app from Market to disable it : https://market.android.com/details?id=neldar.bln.control.free

Nice ROM
I flashed this yesterday and I am happy with it. No issues to report so far.
Great job and thank you.
Question: Is there still development happening for this ROM? This is a very quiet thread, so I was nervous to flash at first thinking it was either old, or no longer being worked on.
Again, thanks!

[Q] How to change LED Notifications light colours?

Is there any way?? Through any app in the market? or through the phone directly?

There are 2 colors, Red and Green.. there is an app that i can't remember the name but you can change the notification colors for each messages or missed calls. You must have a rooted phone though if i am not mistaken.

Notification light

Hi everyong
I was just using my brother galaxy s3 and it had a blue notification light in the top left corner.
I just thought it would be kinda nice for when im in class and cant have it on vibrate.
so i was wondering if the glide had a notification light or something similar
i apologize if this is in the wrong spot
No it doesnt

There are Roms coming out that some people are testing where your buttons become your notification light. This is called BLN short for (Button Light Notification) This looks promising.
That would be cool
thanks for the info
Reviving this thread for a concern along the same lines...
Is it possible to make the buttons fade on and off? Like a pulse notification light?
Bln pro can make the capacitive buttons blink. But for a price.... Lol I bought it

great app but you have to set more options for the screen . It would be nice to set the screen brightness at 5% 40% 70% 100% depending on the outside light conditions just like auto brightness...it would help save battery. Srry for my bad english..i hope you understand what i mean

I really like the idea of this app but on my i9100 the auto brightness does not seem to work! It would be great if it would be dark lying down and then change to auto when I pick it up so if I'm in a dark room it will stay dark but it will change from dark to bright in a light room. The manual brightness setting works well though so I'm excited to see it improve on future updates! Good work on this app!
