Okay, very new here. Fumbling my way through, excuse this question if it has been asked before.
Is there a way of changing the vibrator intensity on PA 4.1 Beta?
Using a Nexus 4. thanks!

Me, like many others DO NOT have the icon to lock the device. Please tell us how to activate it.
Also, I can send messages to contacts. I just tested.
Cheers!
I still have yet to see a screencap of it. Unless my browser is jacked, its not showing in this thread.

I'm on bixie's deodexed rom of the 4.1.1 OTA and it doesn't have the lock in the notification bar. Did you compile yours from the AOSP source?

Actually I'm using a battery % theme. Must of been in that.
So people are now flashing random MODs and don't know about it? heheh

Boy is my face red. Battery % mod is the one mod I always do and I'm so use to it I forgot I even used it.
Only thing I seem to notice is that when I unlock it very quickly gets to my homescreen. Not that it was laggy before, but it may have been a bit slower.
Wow you guys are seeing performance improvements from 4.1 to 4.1.1. I went straight from 4.0.4 and the difference is incredible. And ICS wasn't that slow to begin with!
on ICS there was a rom called gummy which allowed you to toggle the soft keys on and off from the power menu. i really miss this feature in JB and now that the gummy rom has been discontinued was wondering if any roms have this feature. I have not been able to find one. Thank you.
paranoidandroid can...
paranoid and cyan can, and any ROM can do this with the full screen app from the LMT thread. Except for some reason it doesn't work yet on aokp jb.

its kind of an extensive process if you have never done any sort of programming/smali work before. Just look up "how to decompile apks" in google, then follow some of those links. I may release mine if users really want it.
