Just flash a custom touchwiz based Rom in the dev section-a lot of them have any app multi window working, just read through the op's to find which ones support it...

Any TW ROM in the TMO dev thread. Does not matter your build # you will have a newer build then. (After you also flash the newer radio)

You don't need to run a custom rom. I am rooted on tmobile stock rom and have the multiview hack working flawlessly.
I followed the steps on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2056532

My phone's hardware buttons (menu, back, home, search) are not working. I want to know if there is a rom that I could install that will let me use the soft keys (on screen buttons)? Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks!!
Sounds like a hardware issue but they do have roms you can use pie or nav bar options. Try cm 10.1 rom, aokp, anything jellybean.

I've been looking into the development section but I don't know what rom to install. I can't find one that says that you can have the soft keys. Please help!! If someone is using a ROM that allowed the use of on- screen navigation keys on this phone please let me know.
Thanks!

AOKP 4.2.2 and Slimbean 4.2.2 both have soft buttons for sure. The rest of the 4.2.2 ROMs probably have it too.

Button Savior is an app on the market that will give you the option for soft keys that will be on the screen, the really nice thing about this app is it works on any rom and has a hide tab feature so that you don't have to give up any screen space.

I've run both Carbon Rom and Cyanogenmod... both seem pretty stable, however I've had to bump the minimum cpu speed a little to ensure Bluetooth audio playback is consistent when playing music and the screen's turned off...
+1 for carbon.
Btw, I should have mentioned that I currently run carbon as my daily driver...
