Is there actually any properly working and stable ICS Rom?

Hi all,
I just found a ROM based on ICS, GalnetMIUI and tried to port it with JasonStein Porting Software but got a bootloop.
Since it is based on ICS, would any of the kernels of Jsaon or DOomlord work with this ROM? Or do I have to wait for an ICS kernel release?
Thanks for your input guys,

Hi i have just been looking around and was wondering which is more stable and stuff, and what is the difference between the FXP ICS firmware and the offical CM9 RC1 firmware? Which one gets updated more frequently and which one will be updated to Android 4.1 Jelley bean the fastest?
Thanks

FXP126 and RC1 are essentially the same ROM.
FXP will continue to update in FXP127 and on, while RC1 is stable enough for continued daily use.
I noticed there is a Miui rom with the latest, latest Jellybean 4.1.1. How is that possible, when it seems like Jellytime is a work in progress? Is there a reason Miui roms are easier to create?
