We already have AOKP unofficial. Please search around Android Development section for Galaxy Grand Duos i9082.
However here is the link for AOKP ROM for our grand.

[Q] Any build having Dual-SIM support ?

Does any ParanoidAndroid 4.2.2 build have Dual-Sim support? I need one to port to my device (Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus, having Mediatek MT6582 chipset) since it has no kernel source and/or AOSP source. It has a Kernel version 3.4.5 and many fully working ROMs based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. If possible, are there any built for a Mediatek MT6582 chipset? If there are, then please provide me with a link to the ROM.

There's no best or worst rom in xda, but for grand i9082, only 1 Dev is working with CM and AOSP for now. Check those in grand android development thread. cm12.1 is the most stable ATM i believe.

And you have to choose if you want a clean Android rom (AOSP) or a rom (CM) where you can change for example the theme

about official cm13 rom for s4mini duos

I always see official ROM for s4mini 3g and LTE but why not s4mini duos version I9192

First of all why u guys are posting q&a in development forum ?
Official is just a simple status IMO. U know that our ROMs are building from the source of serrano3g which has official support from cm.
Guys like @k2wl @csendre @SilviuMik @Blackjubel @tioguda continuesly updating ROM which they are maintaining.
If u love pure cm experience go with the builds of @csendre who releasing updates frequently. Also aicp bliss aokp rr and now temasek supports our device.
I don't think its VERY MUCH IMPORTANT TO HAVE OFFICIAL status to the ROM seens it will never affect its usability or didn't affect what its provide.

s4mini duos
The s4 mini duos does not support LTE because it has been programmed to function in 3g and the label too

Duos also have official roms like octos and exduos
