Kernels are device/model specific and subjective in there use. You'd be better finding your device forum and see what kernels are available for your phone. Try different ones and pick the one that suits your needs

What's the best AOSP Roms???

There's only one current AOSP rom and that is being developed by PABX - check out the Original Android Development forums.
With regards to the Kernel I'd stick with the one included within the ROM itself.
Trip is developing a Kernel but so far I've only had real joy using it with his CM10.1 release - which is pretty damn good if you don't want pure AOSP.

Deviant Xone by itsikeramsay. Best ROM I have ever used. Android 4.2.2, all the goodies that you want, loads of customization features, etc. Just try it and you will be hooked! Plus he updates it A LOT.

The AOKP on 4.1.2 was pretty good. I personally like CM10, But if you wanna try something new, use MIUI. Its awesome.

ROM recommendation threads are not permitted on XDA. Everything you could ever want to know about every rom (and then much much more) is in the first post of every ROM thread in the development section.
As has been said, all CM based ROMs will have what you are looking for. Most AOSP roms will have the theme engine, but not the other stuff.
Just read the first posts of the rom threads nad you will find what you are looking for.

XDA is a development site not a support site. As such members are expected to do the research, read through the development threads and decide what is BEST for them. The only results that would be posted here are what each member has found to be BEST for them by experimentation based on their phone/usage/setup/apps/signal strength. Please take the time to read through those development threads to learn all about the software you are about to drastically alter your very expensive device with.

@rishabh56 is right... best and recommended ROMs never allowed on XDA. And You must try yourself to choose ROM.
