Hello all, I listen to music via bluetooth and my car shows track information using AVRCP. Since updating to 4.3, this works well only with the stock music player. If I try to use Poweramp/Shuttle, the track information in the display doesn't change after the first song, and gets stuck there, even though other songs are playing. When using Pandora, track information isn't displayed at all. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone.
I was hoping I could get some guidance as to what to do about a problem I'm having with streaming audio over bluetooth.
I have my Incredible with the (latest?) radio version 2.15.00.07.28, running CyanogenMod 6.00-R3.
The problem I'm experiencing goes like this:
I have an audio track (I've tried many).
I can play the track normally through the phone speaker or headphones using the default music player, MixZing, or any other music application.
Then I connect to my Motorola T505 Bluetooth car adapter.
Upon starting the track, it will only play about one second of the track at a time, before pausing for about a second. The track timer pauses as well. It feels like lag of some sort, as if the application is slowing down because of the bluetooth connection.
If I disconnect from the T505, it resumes normally.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I've searched but have yet to find anyone with a similar problem.
If there is any further information you need, let me know.
Thanks for your help!
This may not apply to you on CM6, but on my stock Dinc turning wifi off fixed the BT stuttering.
Hi guys, I really hope someone can point me out in the right direction here.
I just bought my nexus and I love it, except one small thing.
Each time when I use my phone for streaming music over bluetooth to my car the music plays like a charm but when I turn the the car off the music keeps playing on my nexus and it never stops until I manually close the app.
The app turn off by itself or?
I´m using stock rom btw.
Thanx in advance.
I'm streaming music from google music via BT A2DP regularly in my car and the stock player always stops streaming/playing automatically as soon as the BT connection is lost = I turn off the car.
Suspected that it would work as you experience
I listen to music in my car over bluetooth. With the Galaxy Nexus, when I receive a call or turn off my radio, the music on the phone pauses, as it should. However, upon ending a call or turning the radio back on, the song that is paused then restarts from the beginning. I'm using the Google Music app. This worked fine in Gingerbread. Is anyone else experiencing this or know a solution?
Using PowerAMP and Media Button Router fixed the issue. It's very strange that the native Music app won't pause music from my car radio, but PowerAMP will.
Trying to figure out if this is even Possible? Just want the ability to see what songs are playing from my phone on My Car Stereo Through bluetooth. I.e. song title, album, album artwork. Thanks!!
I use ad2p volume on the market

Does the a2dp volume app show the song information on the CD player when streaming music from your phone through Bluetooth? Thanks.
greetings,
just picked up this Note II. Loved the first one, so I know I will love this one as well. but the thing I do a lot on my Note and now II is listening to downloaded podcasts using either my car's bluetooth or my bluetooth headphone. what's happening is, if I start my podcast player app, use it for a while then close it. then later on in the day fire up the default music player to listen to some music, exit out of music player. then when firing up my podcast player again, if I use my usual ad2p music control to play/pause, the default music player gets invoked, and so I can't use ad2p to control my podcasts anymore (I didn't try rebooting yet but I hope I don't need to). I can't seem to find a way to disable music player as the default app that gets fired up when using ad2p control; please advise if you have a way.
much thanks in advance!
