Hi Guys
This is my first post here. Been having a look around the forum for a bit using some of the custom roms on my Tab 3 7.0. Really enjoy messing around. I have seen a few roms not nessesarly for the Tab 3 that enable you to get into the CPU and over clock it. can anyone point me in the direction of a rom that would allow me to do this?

Guys, I used to use a Note 1 before and it had a touchscreen sensitivity setting in AOSP ROMS which enabled me to use floating touch like S4 and use pencil as stylus. I was fully expecting that to be on the Note 2, but was surprised it isn't there. Does anyone really know why this isn't implemented on Note 2 in AOSP roms? I'd be grateful if any devs can look into this.

Hi everyone, I have a question for Tab 3 7.0 users.
I have the Tab 4 7.0, and it has Marvell quad-core chip and 1.5GB ram. Because Marvell chip is not as powerful as Snapdragon 400 in Tab 4 8.0 and 10.1 versions, my Tab 4 7.0 stutters quite a bit. It doesn't freeze so that's good, but animations within apps (Not in launcher cause I'm using Nova) are pretty slow. For ex. could you please do me a favour and download Any.cal calendar app and see if you have this issue? When I press + button to add an event in **Portrait mode**, it has some nice animation going on, but it's very slow. Same for apps like Google play music, where if I pull out the left side menu, the pulling out animation is jittery, and not smooth, and also if i pull Up the current playing song, it isn't smooth at all either. If I pull the left side menu for Wunderlist To-do app, it's VERY laggy. And if I switch between tabs by swiping left and right on certain apps, the sliding animation is jittery too.
I'm wondering if Tab3 7.0 also have this issue, and if so, I'm wondering if they can be fixed with custom roms, tweaks, etc. Cstayton said he will look into building performance tweak for out tab, but I have to decide soon if I should return this tab and keep my iPad 3 (which lags time to time as well, but overall smoother), or if I should keep this Tab 4 7.0, and sell my iPad 3. If the slow animations and lags can be fixed with roms, tweaks, etc, I really want to keep this Tab 4 7.0. It's so much more compact (only ~270g), and has nice display, and also looks nice too. iPad 3 is VERY heavy, and also very locked down of course. Can't even jailbreak iOS 7.1 at ALL.

Tab3 7 has performance lag so we flash roms go to galaxy tab3 7 android development, they are good

I am trying to tweak my wife's tablet to get rid of some very annoying lag. It is rooted and I setup Startup Manager and Greenify to lock everything down. The thing still is very laggy, especially in some games (specifically Star Acres).
I have not been able to find anything regarding overclocking this device, so is that even possible? Would a different ROM help speed things up?
The lag is pretty bad and my phones circles around it (i have the OnePlus One).

I wipe Dalvik and cache periodically and that seems to fix a lot of things. I am stock rooted with no performance tweaks (Tab 3 10.1)

It looks like the reason is due to the Galaxy Tab processor. Unity3d was not designed to run on ATOM.
i installed pimpdroid and all my lag stopped.

Thats designed to manage settings of every game - resolution, details, max FPS etc.. its great for own custom settings to safe battery/max out details when autodetect fails etc..
Im missing this feature when I used Samsung.
If there isnt any - can someone make it or its hard to make?

Hi guys, im also a proud owner of the Galaxy A7. And so far im happy with its performance and battery life.
I just want to ask you guys, if anyone have more stock themes for AOD? Because on stock, we only have 1 clock theme, 2 calendars and 4 images. We dont even have an option for a custom image. Unlike with the stock S7 Edge, it have a lot of choices.
I know I can root, to have other themes. But its not an option for me right now as I dont want to lose the warranty.
If anyone knows how to have the other AOD stock themes, without rooting our phone. It would be nice if you can share it. Thanks guys
