it'll probably be a while, considering we don't have 4.3 yet (supposedly that's coming "soon").

I did hear from some blogs that TAB 3 might get the 4.3 or 4.4 update. Not sure which variant is getting it though
Its Going To Be LEGEND--wait for it--DARY!- Barney Stinson(How I Met Your Mother)

we dont even have 4.3 yet, not even the announcement
my guess is that 4.3 will come around march/april and kit kat by the end of next year(if it comes)

but one thing i know about tab 3 that if it has been loaded with KitKat tab3 performance will be super fast!

Google working on Android 4.3

http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/0...and-testing-android-4-3-its-still-jelly-bean/
Any thoughts? Google might unveil 4.3 on the I/O this May instead of KLP 5.0. I could be wrong though. Honestly I could care less if it's KLP or 4.3 I'm just hoping that Google fixes what they broke on 4.2.
Anyone's guess here. Maybe a quick update to 4.3 for minor issues, and jump to 5.0 later in the summer. I've seen reports of server logs with Android 5.0.1 on a Google X device, and now this report of 4.3. I think JBQ and his team aren't sleeping much these days.

I'm guessing 4.3 this coming May and later this year it will be the next Nexus + KLP. Anyhow in less than 30 days we'll know
I hope 4.3 will be just an update. An update like bug fixing shouldn't need a special event. Then a Motorola Google phone or Nexus (or maybe it's same) for a Google I/O. KLP should also be there with the new devices.

I honestly think that they are gonna give us support for 4.3 but kill us off on KLP.
But we will still have our great devs!

Personally i would like to have the 4.2 memory errors and leaks fixed,4.2.2 was good but i removed my custom roms and i have tried many, they all had the same errors, lags etc.Now i am on stock 4.1.2 rooted with busybox installed and the louder jelly bean nexus add on for sound.
4.3 ?Honestly i expect bug fixes for Samsung Galaxy nexus.
I'm always anxious for new builds. Any word of Babel being implemented into 4.3?

I think that may be the update to fix bugs and add babel along with security stuff maybe.

hope they won't change coding again. It would take "ages" for custom roms to settle down again
I was hoping that 5.0 would be released at I/O and come to my galaxy nexus just to tide me over until I upgrade from my galaxy nexus. 4.3 will probably be a minor update, sort of like 4.2 was and will probably break more things than fix things on my galaxy nexus.

My galaxy nexus worked perfectly on 4.1.2, battery life was decent as well, but 4.2.2 ruined my nexus, so many bugs, lag and battery suffered as well. The galaxy nexus has its fair share of issues as well and after owning it for 16 months, it is beginning to wear on me. I still love it but its becoming more of a love-hate relationship.

Hmmm...I've been delighted with 4.2.2 on my GNex. Never run smoother or been more stable than now. Other than a minor issue with Bluetooth handoff between vehicles and house phone, it's good.
Sent from my Xoom using xda premium
Mine runs beautifully. Idk if it is actually something since I haven't been back to 4.1 since the ota but it seemed smoother. 4.2 is smooth too but 4.1 just seemed... Different... I like 4.2 too though. I love my nexus and won't upgrade until probably late 2014, no reason to...

hope bugs on 4.2.2 get solved on 4.3. and if v5 release, maguro get the update also

That's interesting, 4.2.2 just feels like a rushed release to me, lock screen widgets lag and don't seem very thought out and the Bluetooth issues are annoying as well. Even with fresh stock images flashed, there is still a bit of sluggishness.

Agreed. Personally, I would much rather have a very polished 4.3JB on my "aging" nexus, than jumping to a rough KLP.

Is 4.3 out for GT-N7105 yet?

I have seen that the 7100 has a leaked version of 4.3 but is there a leaked 4.3 for the 7105 or will the 7100 Rom work on the 7105.
If this has been asked before I apologise.
Nothing for the n7104 yet. We need a different kernel to the n7100. Do not flash the leak to you phone.

I'm still wondering why we can't just make use of the already existing 4.3 Kernels available... I've been using Devil Kernel to run an AOSP 4.3 ROM, is the samsung ROM just that much different?
Or why no one can make an 4.3 with touchwiz

Waiting for this I'm on the unofficial dirty unicorns n7105, which I must say is the best ROM I've tested so far but want the new snote and other 4.3 stock apps.
Shouldn't be long. People are working on the att leak which is just about compatible with ours

N2 4.3 with air command
I Just tested the leaked 4.3 from N7100 of my friend..I must say this that this is probably a winner! you don't need to buy a note3 because the air command works!! I hope Dr. Ketan will build for N7105 users as well..Because I just heard that the 4.3 official update from sammy doesn't include air command..
I am quite new to the ROM flashing community, but interested in getting my Note 2 onto 4.3 as soon as possible.
I also have the LTE version, so won't flash the 7100 leak.
Where is the best place to find out when the official or leaked LTE version is available?
perhaps when the official N7100 firmware is out, if a leaked 4.3 isn't out for the N7105 then it will be worth the very gifted android hacker to build 4.3 for it, because they'll have a stable base.
Already traded
Oh well I already traded my N7105 with N7100 because M7105 development is too slow. and flashed dr. ketan's ROM so far i was enjoying the air command..well goodluck on the software update guys!

Really? I't seems too early... at least for note 2. We've been in 4.1.2 for an eternity!
LoL, please leave the word "official" out of speculation threads like this...
Seriously doubt we'll see the update, much less before Q3 2014.
I already using custom rom instead waiting for official rom, no new feature for galaxy note2

LMAO 4.3 has not been seed to N2 users other than India and u r dreaming about 4.4
and actually 4.4 isnt that big update over 4.3 IMO

Is 4.3 on the G pad?

Sorry if this an obvious question, but I'd really like to know if I'd have to root/unlock it to flash some more recent Android version.
Speaking of which, how difficult is it to flash/unroot?
At least put an effort into researching.

Lmao post with no answer.. put some effort its just 2-3 keys "no" then "yes" WOOT!
No man not yet. They do have plans to.
It's true that the answer is a simple no. But I had to learn the hard way when I first jumped into this site a few years ago that people do not like to be asked questions that are easy to answer. You don't even have to look on this website. Simply look at the spec sheet on LG's website and you will see that it comes with 4.2 .2. There is already a rootkit out for the device but no roms at this time. I honestly don't think you need a newer version at this time. 4.2 .2 jelly bean does everything you need in my opinion. Otherwise get a Nexus device. I have a Nexus 4 running Kit Kat Paranoid Android and Franco kernel and I couldn't be happier. But when it comes to my tablet I just wanted for basic consumption and a stock Android is perfectly fine. Just my opinion.

What is it that you are going to gain from updating to 4.3? The bigger number? There is a lot more that can be improved in the ROM than going to 4.3
