I'm on JDQ39.N5120XXCMH2 with my n5120 here in USA. And today I get an OTA update on wifi.
I thought JDQ39.N5120XXCMH2 was the latest Samsung update?

Official updates are pushed out by region. It is possible a newer version was released but not for your region.
How can I get the Kit Kat Update
On October 2014 I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTe (NT-7505) with Jelly-Bean (4.3) I know that a Kit Kat update exist for my phone, but I don't get it anywhere, not via OTA or Kies.
I live on Spain (Europe) Theres something I can do to update without root?
Thanks!

Hi,
I just received my S7 Active from eBay. I cannot do the OTA to 8.0 is it because it still unreleased? I know there is threads to flash to 8 but if its not supported and a leaked version I will wait until something is more official.
No sim inside yet but I don't think it matters for OTA updates.
it is official. software updates will only download to your device if you are on the ATT network and have a active ATT sim installed.
Hello everyone,
Currently I'm using Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F) (Build number: R16NW.G960FXXU1ARC5). I didn't get any updates since I purchased the phone. Recently I checked for update from Samsung Smart Switch and it's shows a update is available. So I updated my phone. After installing the update I check the software information of my phone. Then it's shows that the security patch level updates was released on 1 March, 2018. When the December update is already rollout. Is there anybody who knows about this problem and how to solve it.

Flash new software with odin.
I never used Odin before. Will you please tell how I can flash my phone with Odin and how can I download the latest update.zip file.
It's a unlocked device.
Thanks in advance.
