I'm currently on Telus I have an s3 I747M, (stock rom) and would like to know how to gain access to all apps on multi window. Without moving to a custom rom.

only certified apps that appear on the multiwindow tab can use multi-window feature but to break that barrier multi-window manager from Play Store will do the work.

Dear XDA friends,
I hope someone can help the Italian community, in practice we have this program SKYGo, we do not know why but it was only released for Android Honeycomb, but I understand some of you would know to change the attached file to fit the resolution on Galaxy SIII, I think it is not a request is illegal just to show to all holders of the Italian sky channels with regular subscription.
I hope some of you can help us.
Thanks in advance

The new Skygo for Italy has been released today, works on ICS+ (JB too).
Also works with ROOT (need to disable and renable ROOT with chaninfire's SuperSU every time though).
I have tested it on a rooted GS3 with SlimBeam 3.0 (4.1.2) and it works.
Credit for the upload goes to the original uploader, I'm just copying the link provided in another forum:

i find a way to make it work
install voodoo ota rootkeeper and backup su binary
completly remove root with supersu
if u want root back just restore the backup from rootkeeper!
I am with veindroid and tried disable supersu and voodoo ota rootkeeper but I still can not get positive results with n2.

So I have the unlimited multi window apk from the " T889UVALK8_DEODEX_PACK_TEKHD" pack. I flashed T889UVBMB4_Deodex_Rooted_03_18_13-teshxx but I have the problem that I see the apps in the multi window app drawer, but I can't put them in the try..I drag and drop, but it does not work, so until then I installed a Jedi rom, ,works fine, but I prefer a stock rom.

Use XposedInstaller to install XposedMultiWindow.
Note: You don't need to run exploit app.

For rooted stock rom I like mrRobinson's rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1975560
I am using both this mrRobinson's rooted stock rom and this method of MultiWindow. Works wonderfully with all apps on the MultiWindow function. mrRobinson's rom not necessarily. But still a good stock rooted rom with all the original Galaxy Note 2 functions.
Hi, i'm new to this phone. I wan't the best performance and usability.
i like the stock rom. its beautiful. but i dont want the samsung apps, where installed on it. Just the S-Pen Apps and widget still can be installed.

Yes, but i want the new update too. where can i find the ROM includes this and can i flash it over the existent rom?
Read and search man, all the info is there. There is uncountable guides about how to root an un-root and why and what it does. Just make some search you will find all you need. No need to start a thread for this.

Hands on with Android 4.3 on Samsung Galaxy S4,
Watch it here: http://bit.ly/156yuni
You can also get this too if you have a Custom recover and are rooted!
Flashed Stock Google Edition Rom first, Then Flashed the Leaked Android 4.3 Rom over it.
Original Leaked Rom comes from Sam Mobile : http://bit.ly/Android43

In theory, you can flash a custom recovery via Odin and you're good.
Sent from Spaceball One.
So to answer the question yes you can flash this with out root, just flash a custom recovery though odin then factory reset and flash the stock rom. As always read up on how to do this, make a back up and have fun flashing. Right?

I heard this as well and read it elsewhere, so WatchON works.
What I'm curious then is it also possible for the AllShare Cast dongle to work w/ this if it does in fact have parts of the TW framework.
That would be a huge win over for me to move over from the TouchWiz ROM's

Go into the "PlayStore" App, hit the options button and go to "My Apps" There they list "Installed" and "All".
Now when I flashed Android 4.3 I went into the Playstore and went To my Apps and then All, there it listed some of the apps I had when i was Running Touchwiz. Ex: Watch-On, Group Play, Samsung Link, and some of the T-Mobile Apps.
Watch on Works. I didn't test any of the other apps because I don't use them.
