Does anyone know where these backgrounds are stored? I'd like to have an all black (pixels off) background for S-VIEW. Thanks!
Accessory in settings, it is the one that comes installed. Same pattern different color options.

I have noticed that users' screenshots here on the forum, not all but about 50%, have blue buttons on the bottom of their screen. I have grey. Is there a ROM to change that or a setting?
Look in the themes and apps section and you'll find a huge thread with a ton of customized buttons.

You have to be rooted, you could have a stock rooted ROM, or be running Android Revolution HD or any other ROM in the development section. It basically involves changing certain images in the systemUI.apk file (could be wrong on the systemUI.apk, but I know its one of them).
Oh, ok. Thanks for clarifying that.
hey guys.
anyone know how to change the background of notifications from solid black?
I've tried all sorts of .xmls and .pngs that may have been it, with no change.
I've looked at all the themes in the Themes & Apps section, and none of them seem to have this done either.
check out my two pictures below. what I want to change is the background to "Screenshot captured"...
any ideas?
Hello Everybody!
I need help with theme development. So far I've searched the forum and did not find what I was looking for.
My theme I want is for the Samsung Note 2 Jedi XX MOD, but with a couple of differences.
I want to change the widget icons and notification icons with Zelda/ Link icons.
For example, Wifi icon changed to crossed swords, autosync icon changed to the triforce, bluetooth icon changed to navi, airplane mode icon changed to ocarina, etc.
Can someone help me out here? point me to the right direction on how to go about changing these icons please.
Thanks.
Did you check the general forum for android theming? There is a ton of great info in there.

I've been using a pure black wallpaper to save battery but I'm kind of bored of it. You guys have any good looking dark wallpapers to share?
Sorry, I meant to post this in the themes & apps section.
I started another thread in the right section so please delete this one when you have a chance.

they are still white as i see or you mean without transparency or?
for apps icon like whatsapp ,facebook messenger ,viber system use apps icons which came with app they are in app,apk not in systemui.apk
and if you want change them than you have to change icons in apps ,apk for each app
but than you have problem with app signature
or you have solution to use some "white" CM theme which have all these icons already in it (i dont know which one because i never use white themes i hate white)
sorry for answer but i really dont understant what do you want to do
be more specific and maybe than i can help you :good:
and you have posted under wrong section you should post this under "Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting" section
