[Q] Streaming via Mobile Network? - LG Optimus G Pro

I have an rooted ATT LG-E980. I can stream from my vulkano when connected via the local wifi or when connected to a remote wifi but when trying to stream without wifi but using 4G, then android app starts up says connecting, shows streaming speed then displays this error message: "Unable to play stream. Please try again."
I know it is not a ports / forwarding issue, as it works from remote networks. It is an issue with some settings in the phone or some way to get around this? Any ideas?
THanks
EDIT: Installed exact same app on Galaxy S3 on ATT network and it streams ok via the Mobile Network, so may be some problem with the LG's video hardware or software. Is anybody else able to stream (using vulkano or slingbox) with the LG Optimus Pro ?
Thanks

Really, no one else here has a slingbox or live broadcast streamer ?
This screen (but not so much the sound) was made for this.

We tried to youtube on it and it wouldn't connect.
Any help?
Thanks in advance.
bump, someone help?
We need more information can you please explain better
I was connected to my phone via It*uch.
I was trying to browse youtube, and it would load for a few seconds and pop-up with a window that says, "Cannot connect".
I dont know what It*uch is? Are you trying to use your phone as a wireless access point. If so use the below software.

Hey rossle, it sounds like you friend connected their iPod touch to your TP2 using the wifi-router software, right? Was the software you were using the one at the link above, or the "other" one, WMWifiRouter (a paid app)?
And, was the ipod able to connect to anything other than youtube?
Ipod wasn't able to connect to facebook or the internet.
And I was using the connection manager thing.
maybe the iPod is the problem? tell your friend to get something worthwhile..
But seriously, if the apple product can see Ad Hoc networks, which is the main requirement, then you should be fine..
Alright, thanks.

Youtube app. not working w/ WiFi

Ok so using Xperileo Win 7 Edition ROM with YouTube installed.
I can watch videos using edge/3G.
When i turn on WiFi youtube will launch, i can browse for videos but when i try to play i just get the connecting screen...after about 2 minutes i get "Connection Failed try again"
I have full bars on my phone(WiFi).
My laptop connects fine to the network.
Opera on my phone works with wifi or edge/3G (only about a 10 second difference in speed wifi vs 3G.
Searched and did not find a solution to this problem.

Can you stream video through wifi Tether?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to stream video from my gs3 to another android phone or tablet using wifi tether. I know that you can do this over a network but there will be no networks around . I read that you could use a program called softmedia player to do this but it appears that only works if connected to a wifi network with both phones so that won't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
I guess I didn't quite look hard enough, i found a program called wifi file explorer which lets me stream through the tether. Now the real question is since I'm just transferring data between two phones will it use my data?

[Q] Unable To Watch Live Streaming Video When WiFi Is Disconnected

I have a stock, unrooted S3 on the At&t network & have been having problems streaming live video. Everything Works great on wifi, but when I connect to At&T's network, it is unable to play. Everything else works, from YouTube to live streaming radio, but I have no idea what is going on here. Tried a couple things, such as updating to the latest flash player & changing the preferred network settings, but its only working on wifi. Any help is appreciated.
