When rebooting I noticed a little icon in grey appears saying something to the effect of track cannot be found or played. I checked to see if I have music widget on but I do not. Thanks for help.

Hi everyone,
I've noticed when I listen to my music (using HTC Music player), the music got paused when a notification sound comes up and when the notification sound is done, the music resumes.
I love those notification sounds, but if I get a notification like every minute, my music keeps pausing for a few seconds and resume back.
It gets annoying :-s
Is there a workaround or a fix for this?
I hope someone can help me
I dont know if its the same on sense as i am using cm7, but there is an option to always play notifications over a certain speaker etc.
Alternatively, you could use Tasker or something similar to disable notifications when music is playing
Hey, all. I've been running CM10.2 for a while now and every once in a while I'll hear a weird notification sound after locking my screen and setting my phone down. The tone itself isn't in the CM tone library, but it's very low and consists of four descending notes. It's just the tone; no message pops up on my notification bar or anything. As far as I've researched, the culprits some people have discovered are either Yahoo Mail or GSAM Battery Monitor, but I don't have either of these apps installed. Any ideas?
Hello!
Does anyone have any idea why on earth the phone plays random songs storage on my SD card on certain notifications? It happens with facebook apps above all but also a couple of times with Viber. I have other sound set on both apps, but randomly it starts playing these tracks. and it doesn't stop until the track gets to the end or I mark the notification as seen
it's very annoying lol.
thanks,
Joao.

Hello - did you ever fix this issue?
Cheers
My audio seems to be really weird recently, wondering if anyone has any ideas how to fix it?
The main issue is volume is really really low on PowerAmp but not on other music apps, I've tried changing some of the volumes in the Factory Settings but still not managed to sort it. It just seemed to happen randomly without me changing anything. I also checked the "Loud" switch is on from the EQ which it is but I suppose that wouldnt really make a difference if other music apps are at a higher volume.
The other thing that is happening is Soundcloud is randomly playing music and I couldnt figure out why, anyone came across this before? Its not in the startup apps, Ive made sure its closed before I restart to make sure it isn't just opening the last apps and also checked the settings in the app itself and there doesnt seem to be anything obvious in there.
Thanks
You can adjust Power Amp volume in it's own equaliser settings.
regards
On the left side in the PowerAmp Equalizer is a preamp slider. Maybe it helps
Thanks guys stupid me yeh I had to go to the equalizer settings in PowerAmp then the "Tone/Vol" tab (the Preamp was already high) then adjust some stuff in there. Weird how it somehow turned down cause I've never been in they settings before but its sorted now anyway
Hey folks,
I've had a problem recently with my S7 Active, that if I play a media file, music or what's app voice message etc, that it goes silent after a second or two. It appears to lower in volume very quick, not just cut out, and no matter what my volume is set to on the phone, I can't get the volume back again until I close the app, open it again and start the audio again, but then it will cut out again. Some times it will play fully, but I can't understand what's stopping it.
Any feedback would be great!
Happened to me after enabling Google Assistant. Disabled it and now audio is normal. Someone commented that GA is always listening, so might be choking audio stream.
Thanks for that! It seems to have fixed itself I think. I don't think I did anything, maybe it was just an app that was glitchy and updated itself and fixed the issue. I'll keep an eye out for it, but think it's ok
