How do i get stock recovery back on?
Just flash a stock ota update and you'll have stock recovery again.

Is there a stock kernel download for the SGSIIE4GT? If there is I cant seem to find it. If i want to return to stock would i need to flash a full stock rom via Odin?
No stock kernel or firmware yet. So it isn't possible to get back to stock. Once either of those are released you can odin back to stock.

It won't unroot unless you're flashing the stock .tar. You can revert to stock recovery and keep root using mskip's Toolbox.
I flashed back to stock did the kies update phone is workingfine but everytime I go to stock recovery I get the dead android it reboots just fine but worried that I messed something up any suggestions

i want to go back to stock rom and flashing it via odin and my recovery is CWM. if i flash the rom, will the recovery be back to stock?
Yes it will be revert to stock after flashing stock rom

Nope, just flash the stock firmware and it will flash recovery as well
