Galaxy S4 Themed Rom ! Galaxy S4 Icons And Widgets !! (Link Added)

Galaxy s2 t989 ! ( see the screenshots first )
i tried this method on jedi mind trick JB 5 to get S4 icons and wallpapers to get a S4 look !
it will surely work on every rom !!
requirments - rooted GS2 t989 , xposed framework installed !
1) install " icon themer" in your phone (see attachments )
2) go to xposed framework and tick the module !
3) download the galaxy S4 theme !

The mod is ONLY for the SGS3 GT-i9300 and from my experience it is working on the later nightlies and the latest version which is CM 10.1.3 RC2.

what about the stable version (23 september) of CM 10.1 ?
