[Q] How can I flash the Nitro back to Original Firmware? - LG Nitro HD

Hello,
I must send the phone to LG, cause the ON/Off Button don't work solid. So I wanted to flash the device back to the unrooted Standard Firmware. It is the LG P930/LG Optimus True HD for EU/Germany. Thanks for your help.

You could try downloading the LG update too. Open the program, click on Help, select your country and language, switch to recovery mode, and flash.

Did you see this :
"LaterEdit: For those with Unsuccessful in connection to server or the phone informations wrong error you NEED to input IMEI number with NO dashes NOT phone "serial number" (by Just_me)." At that thread.

Help!!

I got the root part down. Even CMW is installed. No Roms are taking installation is aborted. Any Ideas???
What ROMs? What version of CWM? (I hope it's a 6.x.y.z.) Any more error messages?
As I so often say, "Need input!"

Okay, I'm not sure what you flashed with Odin. Download twrp and flash the recovery img in the past, with everything unchecked. Once you boot into recovery you have to flash the root file in the twrp root kit on that site.

Putting it in dowload mode is a little tricky. After drivers installed and software installed on PC, make sure phone is off! Had to hold volume key down at same time as power button and connect usb that is connected to computer. When phone boots to LG let go of power button only. Something like that.

In many forums bricked used when a device is completely unusable like not even going to recovery or download mode just dead.

are you using LGNPST to flash teenybin in download mode? if not got to teenybin thread scroll to bottom of additional info and click on click to show content box. this will give directions to download and set up LGNPST. Its been a while but I believe this is how I recovered.

I cant get passed thw lgnpst set up. When I performed the install prompt from the 'install.bat' file, it goes through the driver set up and stuff, it tells me to press any button the continue because its finished, yet nothing happened....
If I remember right I also had trouble with the bat file but I think you can manually move the files you need as the bat file just loads the DLL files. Wish I remembered more but its been a month or 2 since I did it. Also my laptop went down that has all the files I used. It will work if you keep at it..I got my old laptop to work with another charger so I'll try to find the files you need tonight when I get home from work.

Also if you have to move the ddl files make sure you use the command prompt and certify them.

[Q] Can't download apps (error 406) google play

So recently I bought a refurbished Galaxy Tab 3 for my son. He wanted to download some apps but whenever he clicked install it said "cannot download app (error 406)" and sometimes it would download the app but not be able to install it. I tried to clear the cache of the google play store app but It wouldn't let me because it was empty. I have also tried factory resetting the tablet but that didn't work. I can't return the tablet due to a no-return policy all help will be appreciated
Thanks,
John

Install necessary drivers, download appropriate firmware version and just flash it... Simple!
Any good?
Kinda,
Instead of installing the firmware again i installed a custom rom (SEAL ROM) I ran into LOTS of bumps on the way (rom installation errors) but it finally worked out. Everything seems to be going smoothly.
Thanks

Download lets you flash specific partitions so u can deselect some components but you have to select and flash everything in Firmware upgrade
