[Q] Tethring problems with CM6 RC1 ?

Anyone running CM6 RC1 on their G2 having wifi tethering problems?
I tried both the built in hot spot and the googles wireless tethering and my PC cannot connect to either of them.
it worked when I was using the stock rom.
Any feedback/suggestions?

Wired tethering seems to work after I downloaded HTC sync and it installed the drivers, but now my PC wont recognize my phone as USB storage.
ughh what a mess.

I don't think this helps too much, but wireless tethering is definitely working on my G2 right now!
It's just plain CM 6.1 RC1.

[Q] 4G issues while tethering

Is there a Rom out there where it doesn't disconnect you from the connection. Been tethering my PS3 and I have never had these issues before. Happens on Fresh and Ava Froyo.

[Q] CM10 wifi tether after sleep

I regularly tether / hotspot my Chromebook to my nitro via wifi. Since troubles mentioned in an earlier thread (a few weeks now) I have been unable to reconnect to the wifi after my Chromebook sleeps. This isn't a Chromebook issue because I can reconnect to my home network (Airport) and I have also put a fresh install of ChromeOS on the machine.
On the Nitro side I have been able to reconnect with Bell stock ROM in place, but not CM9 or CM10 in multiple iterations.
Thoughts?

[Q] Wi-Fi tethering connects as "limited"

So I just tried a bunch of kitkat Roms and found Gummy to be the best for me right now. The only problem I'm having is when wifi tethering is on, the connected devices are in a "limited" mode and get no internet.
Anyone have a solution to this problem? I've flashed the latest 3 versions of Gummy and they all have the same problem.

issue with WLAN hotspot

Hi all
I have a problem with WLAN hotspot. Connection is extremely slow trying to load websites. All website.
But on USB tethering and phone Internet itself works very fast and normal.
My wife has same phone on htc 10 stock nougat. I have viper rom right now.
Same issue on both. So not rom.
Anyone have this issue before or any ideas what it is ?
