Request: Port Xperia SP Light and illumination bar effects
Hi all. I want to make a request to All developers and/or experts to port Sony Xperia SP light effects and illumination bar effect in music for our Beloved Sony xperia S/SL Hope any one can do that for us.... and please we want the port/app for both ics and jelly bean as well....

i used this on my old Xsola and it didnt have an illumination bar but it worked on the illuminated capacitive buttons when it's clearly stated in the description *** Note: This app is only for Sony Xperia with illumination bar. ***
so yeah, just try it bro..just be sure to make a backup though before installing it

Xperia SP illumination bar effects for custom ROM PLEASE
Sony has released the illumination bar API for developers . I am using a custom rom , where the illumination bar effects are not possible till now . Soo i request the developers to bring up the illumination bar effects via a rom or app . Thanks in advance .

The illumination bar on Xperia S can be only white due to hardware limitations.

It can only be white, but it COULD bllink according to the songs rythym. It cannot be ported, however, because it depends on a .so file, which can't be ported from device to device.

Does anyone know how to enable or install it ?

Can you please be little more clear?
I have ICS 4.0.4 installed on my Arc S but I did not find any virtual buttons. I believe that it is a very good idea if Sony will live the original ICS virtual button for ARC and Arc S.
So, the question is stil there: are available the virtual button on ICS for Sony Ericsson Arc S?
If Yes, how they can be enabled?

Why would you need the virtual button bar, which would take up valuable space on the screen, when we have dedicated hardware keys?
Swyped from my SE Xperia arc (LT15i) using Tapatalk 2
For me and I believe for luutuan too, the main problem is the "back" physical button which has only one "action point" instead to have two as the "home" button have.
So, if I do not push on the middle of the "back" button it will not act and I need to push again...
If the back button had two actions points this phone will be great but it is not!
This is the reason that many people hoped that Sony will leave the virtual buttons on ICS as a option to be possible to enable them if somebody don't like the physical buttons.
But seems that Sony is going down not only on phone business but on laptops also Soon they will be as Nokia!
I have no issues pressing either corner of the back key or any other key.

I got an Xperia Arc S, and after the 4.0.4 update, no mote led notification (SMS, mail, missed call)...
How can I fix this ?

It's seems to work , but only with screen turned off, so you should uninstall SMSAwake if you have it.

the quality of sound walkman so low,bass olso non so bass..the feature all can use just only the sound quality..very disappointed,
ultimate hd 2.0 very smooth..i like it..thx jader..pls fix it.

I have no problems with that walkman, just little bit qiuet, thats all... I only copied that apk to my apps as flashing via CWM gave me bootloop

I really like jader's rom, it is so smooth,nice fonts.....but i couldn't add any walkman mod to the rom, can any one show me somethings helpful? also i need onscreen buttons for the rom, jader removed it in his topic.

WIFI problem
First of all the ROM is BEAUTIFUL... coming to my problem.. the wifi is always in the turning on state therefore draining my battery very fast!
ive installed ur ROM on the adv stock kernal.. except i later realised that i hadnt installed the wifi modules after installing ur ROM.. i later installed the modules using CWM.. but m still facing the same prob.. pls advise..

Thanks, thought it might port, had seen something about a MOD on XDA Forum.
So if I want to use the Remote Control must return to Stock Rom JB Sony ...

It's possible, of course, but it would require development time that people are unwilling to spend for this, or else, a very passionate developer.
I was just looking into this at the Sony developer site. There is an API for the IR emitter. I will download and look at the examples. Maybe in a couple weeks. I am a c# guy so this is going to take some learning.

Did you manage to check out the examples for the IR?

i think that comes with LINE
it's working on the tab SPG312 with 4.3 ..... maybe you could add an animation of the app similar to the action of swiping ??????? but this app does it force close ????
