[Q] Probem about the Home Button

I have got my Note II rooted and flashed the Android Revolution HD Rom.
Everything was fine and it worked smoothly.
But after installation of many apps, a problem turned out yesterday:
The menu button function has been mapped to the home button, which means when I pressed the home button, it will detected as menu button instead.
How can I fixed this problem or remapping the key without re flashing the rom?

[Q] How to turn the phone on without using the power button?

Hi guys,
The hardware buttons on the Wildfire S (power and volume buttons) have stopped working and I need to turn the phone on. The phone's running stock rom and it's not rooted. Is there any way I can turn it on without using the power button?

You can root your phone but.. without power buton maybe it's impossibe, you can give your phone to service. If your power button works, you can install a custom rom

Thanks for your reply The thing is I've got another phone and I just need to turn this old guy on to get some of the stuff I need from it.

OK guys,my power button is faulty ,and I want to use home button as an alternative ,so here is so far what I've done: on mokee ROM r5 (4.2.2) I installed xposed framework with xposed additions which can remap buttons ,I assigned the power menu to the home button,but now it no longer wakes up the phone.
So how can I restore wake up functionality to it along with new functions?

maybe, you can use volume up and down buttons for waking up the phone. I think there is an option in settings like that.

wont go to sleep with short cut ?

last week , after the update from amazon , when i press and hold the "home" button i got the choice to put device to sleep , but now this doesnt happen , i dont get anything happening when i hod the "home " button . please help

Did you happen to install xposed framework and the apks associated with it for the Fire TV? If so, it overrides the home button.

Is there a way to root Prime G532F without recovery.

Hi, I am interested if Is there a way to root Prime G532F without recovery. Preferably solely from PC.
Back button has gone crazy. I am trying to unmap it and replace it with virtual key.
I have twrp on galaxy and it uses touch input and back button works as well.
If i go into recovery with crazy back button, I may break something.
If there is a way to disable the button without root that would be much better.
