I purchased the Macro lens and it works excellent. Kinda gives the 8mp camera some much deserved respect.

Where can one buy these? Put up some links (preferably with affiliate tags in them )

I am working as project manager for a company right now but I am under NDA so I cannot discuss it.

You forgot one of the major parts of the wideangle/macro lens.
On the first lens you reviewed, it actually unscrews and separates into two different peices. The smaller peice itself is actually the advertised macro lens, and you can greatly magnify your camera's views.

Recently cracked a screen on my XS after severe impact , and after the service guy opened it , he found that this chip also fell of a MBO. Anyone know it's function ? Front camera maybe (i hope soo) . He'll try to get it back , but i'm curious

I'd like to buy an LCD display from Aliexpress for replaice my cracked screen.
Has anybody bought LT26i LCD display for replacing from Aliexpress sellers for about $50? Is this realy original or not? Is it has some differences from original Sony in quality, colors, touch screen?

Fix broken back cover - first attemt with superglue failed

Hi.
The back cover of my GNex is broken. From the camera to the end of the cover a crack of about 1 cm.
Can you tell me how to fix this without buying a new one? An attemt with superglue already failed, it cracked again at the same spot.

A piece of plastic that thin does not have enough surface for glue to do its magic. You would need something that adheres to both sides then holds them together like tape but that would be ugly. But of you look on eBay they are literally a couple bucks. Is it a stock cover or the extended? I have an extra stock back i will send it to you for free. Let me no.

tried glueing few times ended up at the repair shop

I already have them they dont have that cutout from the picture they only have 3 one for the camera, speaker and proximity sensor

I already have a spigen one that came with my case but from what i remember on my nexus 4 is that it is very optically clear but not very fingerprint resistant. At first it didn't get many scratches, but after a few months I ended up putting a new one on.

I put a skin over mine - in addition to covering the ugly back it improved non-slip.

Try you search again, (google/ebay). But enter housing instead of back cover. Sorry no links. i just remember looking one myself.
