Is there an all in one backup prog I can get to do a backup of my apps contacts and messages before I flash a rom so I can just reinstall the backup with the new rom.

Titanium backup market

I used Titanium to restore all my apps but they dont Show on market downloads?? So that means i cant update them?

Yes, although most roms will ask you to wipe data before flashing them) so create a titanium backup of all apps (user apps not system!) And a nandroid backup just in case

If I wanna restore apps by nandroud backup,what do I restore data? Or system

or else go to recovery backup and restore /advanced
then select nly data

data = user installed apps and data (everything below /data in the filesystem)

Partial restore?

I'm about to flash a new ROM and I already have an adequate backup for the one I'm on so I don't wanna lose space by making a new backup, is there anyway I could just backup the data and then restore that after restoring the ROM? Or should I just make an new backup and delete the old one?
