1. There is "Q & A Thread" for asking such things.
2. Your problem is common, and there are planety of guides how to downgrade JB to GB on Ace 2 on XDA. Use search function.
HAVE YOU EVER READ THE XDA FORUM RULES?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2141930
EDIT: Only the russion fw has required files, if you wanna go back to your country's fw go to SamMobile and download your firmware, extract the downloaded file and flash the .tar under PDA

Have you flashed Russian few yet? If so, flash your country's fw. No it will NOT brick your phone, I have done it many times using DXMA1 AND DXLF2.

Flash this first !

Flash the Russian firmware first ! Then Download the Regional firmware that you want !
* Tip
If you have downloaded the firmware with the .md5 file then on ODIN Select PDA then Select the .md5 file. Uncheck re partition then press start

if flashed by recovery or as a one package installer in odin, it wont
only if you have to extract the zip or rar and end with 4 filss wich you neeed to flash, dont know if you can skip a file, may cause problems.
however most roms are installed via recovery or a one package

A one package TAR flashed in Odin can still change the baseband. All the one package means is that the 4 files are in one package. I flashed GioPro 1.4 one package from my Canadian GIO and my phone changed to the Euro baseband which does not work in Canada (properly). Luckily I have a baseband only Odin TAR file that I can use to restore my baseband to any ROM.
But as for the particle ROM, if you go to his website: http://particle.blurringexistence.net/ you have the option of downloading the baseband and then just the CWM flashable zip. You just need to download the CWM flashable zip. You do not need to flash the baseband with Odin like it says on the instructions.
Hello
I just downloaded a zip file with the Nordic version of the official rom, but when extracting it I get a HOME .tar.md5.
How do I restore that?
Thanks
Use Odin and update ftom PC. If your phone rooted you can use MobileOdin and update from your phone without connecting to PC.

I tried adding the tar as PDA, but it just got into a bootloop.

If there is one package, you do what seems the most logical - flash the zip as a one-package one as it contains all parts inside.
Ya i thought that at first but a guy on youtube flashed it as pda and he has 50000 views

if you dont understand best to search google for how to flash firmware via odin
in order to change firmwares on a samsung phone you use a tool called odin to flash the firmware onto your phone - that is the only way to change your firmware in this samsung phone if software update/kies update does not work

Pit file or firmware? Firmware you can find at sammobile.com and the general thread if you were on the 4.4.2 bootloader

Have you tried flashing the full official firmware? I understand you were told that you need a pit file, but it's likely flashing the firmware from sammobile would fix you right up.
