HTC One V bootloop CDMA - HTC One V

ok so i cant get my phone to stop looping. it loads to the main screen with my background and icons then about 3 seconds later it restarts, and restarts, and restarts again.
ive followed a few guides with the same problems: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2018518
RUU is telling me im using version 1.10 while the version in the ruu is 1.08.
i said ok do it, update my phone! and then its telling me about an error 140 where it wont let me update because it failed...
i screwed up the kernel flash so i had to restore my phone, and now the ruu isnt here to save it. so im kinda screwed right now. any ideas?
the one screen im viewing (no idea what its called but u get to it by power button + vol down)
it says::

Download this, rename it PD98IMG.zip and put it in the root of the sdcard. This should be working.

cataxxx, you hboot seems to be borked. Fastboot commands won't allow to flash anything at all. Without fastboot you can not do anything and is an idea of hardwarwe issue.
Today i went to a GSM service i hope they can fix it.

ROM or Baseband issue?

My brother just bought a used HOX and there are some issues with it. carrier signals just dissapear and it shows no service. then it randomly starts working again. this keeps happening, making the phone literally unusable. It has stock ics with hboot 0.32.0000. i've searched around and i didnt find many people with this hboot. also in bootloader it does not show radio or baseband version. this is what it shows in bootloader:
*** LOCKED ***

I was wondering if it was a rom issue or radio/baseband issue. I intend to unlock bootloader and flash a custom rom (aosp based). should i run an RUU to update hboot/radio?
yeah try to run a RUU and see if that solves the issue

Trying to Restore RUU need help ASAP

HTC Android update failed: phone not working anymore

Hello guys,
I've tried to follow the TeamAndroid guide to update the android version on my phone to Jelly Bean (teamandroid.com/2013/04/11/update-htc-desire-hd-android-422-jellytime-jelly-bean-rom-guide/2/).
Everything seemed to work fine, unfortunately when I selected "Reboot system now" my phone stuck on the blank (and black screen).
I am not an expert so please tell me what you need (if possible also how I can get it) and I will write it to you.
At the moment I can restart the phone in fastboot mode and I can access to the recovery mode (version v2.5.1.2 Modaco r2).
The first image (IMG4422) shows the homepage of the fastboot mode.
The second (IMG4427) shows what the phone says everytime I reboot it in fastboot mode and everytime I click on Fastboot-Bootloader.
I just want to fix my phone even though I need to reinstall the old Android version. It is an Orange UK branded HTC Desire HD.
Can you please help me?
Thanks,
Roberto.
