[Q] Stock keyboard on AOKP - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was wondering if anyone has took the stock keyboard to AOKP rom with autocorrect, because samsung stock keyboard of Note 2 is the best I've ever had. Mostly I want to have the number-row above the keyboard, I haven't seen that on any keyboard.

Stock Sony Keyboard in AOKP ROM?

Hi all, I recently started using the AOKP Rom and I am very pleased with it. The only major feature it lacks is a greek keyboard. I installed the Multiling one, but I prefer the stock Sony one, it is really better, faster and with better word prediction.
Is there a way to have it in my AOKP set-up (ROM+Kernel)?
Either by installing an .apk, or via a flashable .zip?
Thank you very much

Is it possible to port the G3 TW JB rom to G2?

Just wondering if it was possible to port the SGS3 touchwiz jelly bean rom to the SGS2? I really like
Jelly Bean but I also like Touchwiz.

I was wondering the same thing myself. I really enjoy touchwiz, some of the white background on your contacts and menu I have saw on the s3/s4 are pretty cool. and to be honest I cant stand Stock Android. I loved Gingerbread but once the ICS upgrade came out and they got rid of some features that I enjoyed I have been using touchwiz ever sense. I messed around with the one of the many 4.3 roms and the whole PIE thing drove me insane plust it was just very very slugish and plus no facebook sync with contacts and calander without installing hacksyc...
Realistically the 4.1.2tw ROM on the s2 and s3 are the same, besides multi window, and a few other minor differences, so to port it would be almost impossible, as hardware issues won't allow a "port" the closest u will get is Embryo ROM by mohan, I reccomend it highly, very stable, very fast touchwiz ROM with all the s3 goodies

I thought I was the only one who hated stock android, it seems boring to me, I do like the blue colors though.

Custom dictionary using TW roms and 4.2 keyboard

Has anyone figured out a way to get mature words to work using the 4.2 keyboard on the stock ROM? I know if you have a CM10 or AOSP based build you can add to the dictionary and it works but TW doesn't seem to have this option. It's annoying to not be able to swype certain words. Throws off my typing.

SPen apps on non Note 2 stock Roms?

I have started to try out a few Stock based Roms . I am wanting to try some of 4.2.1 Roms that have been released today and was wondering what are alternatives(if any) are there to use the spen to take notes on? I have grown quit fond of the Samsung apps for handwriting and was wondering what everyone was using for the Non stock based ROMS.
Thanks in advance!

[Q] No Touchwiz + Stock Android Keyboard

Hello everybody. I just have a small question and it has been frustrating me for the past week. I do not like the Touchwiz on my Note 2, I prefer the stock android; it looks better in my opinion. I also like the stock keyboard better than the Samsung keyboard. Is there a custom rom or a trick I can do to accomplish both of these on my Note? I love everything else about my phone, except for these two things. :crying:
If you look in the dev sections, you'll see both options for aosp/CM roms, and roms that are themed for looking like aosp.
Read 'um up.
