Hi
Why this program not working navitel you CyanogenMod 10.1 [RC2] ROM????? help me plz
thank
First of all there is a dedicated topic about CM 10.1 on the first page in the general section so you should post the question there. Second , check the app requirements , maybe they don`t support android jelly bean. It shouldn`t be the rom`s fault for all i know. Cheers

Hi there..
FM Radio has been a problem for a long time for Jb based rom..
I have been trying certain apps for some time..when a day back i got a latest version of Spirit FM which seems to be working for me.
Not sure if others know of it.. Previous versions never worked for me on JB until now.
I am sharing this free version. Well we need to keep an eye on their development website for further releases.
11/03/13 : 3rd March's version added.
19/03/13 : Updating the latest free version (dated 11th March)

I think erickcas has almost successfully implemented a working radio app in his Rom

Re: Working FM Radio for Jb CM 10.1

I would assume so as that rom is JB 4.2.2 and is using CM 10.1, so it meets the requirements

What Custom ROM, actually, is better?
Using custom ROMs, all functions are working?
These specifications aren't clear for me :/
Please, help me!
Thank u!
If you use CyanogenMod, you now get the FM radio if you use a 3rd party kernel like f93 you get more features too. There's also Xposed Framework for even more customisation. I'm using CyanFox with Solid Kernel. Battery life is brilliant. If you want more help, just ask.

Isn't this ROM going to be updated? It was really promising but nothing new I hear from them.

If you don't have F Radion on stock, it means that your model doesn't have it. No hardware for FM Radio. You can use internet radio apps.

I use stock rom, CyanogenMod 10.2, then Cyanogenmod 11, then MIUI, PAC, Omni, Vanir / Commotio
I do like cyanogenmod but the last update that I have probably have a bug, I can't call anyone after plug an earphone, the only solution is to reboot.
I try PAC, having the same issue like Cyanogen, I guess because it share the same build with Cyanogen.
then I try mokee, first I thought by using this ROM i won't need to download 180MB daily for updating my ROM, but in the end I don't like it.
then I use MIUI, I do like the UI, but ES File Explorer can't work in this ROM, don't know why, Root Browser is okay though. use this ROM for 2 Weeks.
then I flash again to Commotio Vanir, this rom is quite perfect, no automatic updater tough, so I switch to Vanir AOSP, this one have an updater, I think I'm gonna stick to this ROM for a while.
is it just me or the servers of cyanfox doesnt work?
in the download section it says 404. No files found...

I think I have it but maybe they're going to release a new version. So wait till the maintenance is over.

Hi,
i found this great rom, very beautiful but there isn't a version for our maguro. I tried a porting from Nexus 4 with this guide but don't boot, so i tried with Galaxy S2 and boot but without a signal and navbar, and other problem.
Is there anyone that can be port this rom? I think that isn't difficult but I do not know what to do.
Here the site of the rom http://www.fiui.org/
Thanks
That rom would be nice is it kitkat based rom you tried to port from s2?
I tried to port from s3 (i9300) Fiui rom, but i got stuck in bootloop..
I tried to port from Nexus 4 and boot, it seems to work well, but audio doesn't work and i don't know how resolve
Maybe there is some kind of tutorial, how to fix bugs on ported roms? btw, can you upload your port to google drive or something, i would like to test it out.

I used this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/tools/os-porting/port-tool-t3034003 but then there's need to delete and modify some files. So i'm uploading it in google drive
EDIT: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-z77KTtHseucjJFcld4Yy1vYUE/view?usp=sharing
This is the porting with fancy kernel r60 inside. Remember, you don't need flash the gapps, but go to Settings-Accessibilty-Enable Gapps and reboot.
The strange thing is that if you listen to ringtones and sounds notification in Settings-Audio, this works, but videos, youtube, mp3, etc not

Hello I am a user of Samsung Galaxy Ace ( s5830i ) and my device has working cm11 and I tried to port fiui rom originally built for htc explorer. Here is the link for that - http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-explorer/development/rom-pico-kk4-4-4-fiui-rom-2-22-t3131273
It is armv6 device but luckily rom booted up but browser and wifi are not working and statusbar is always white and icons in settings app are wierd too. I have attached screenshot for that Help me please.
