2500mAh + 3200mAh = 5700mAh
Lots of juice but no kickstand, and no case. So I guess I am better off with my Mugen 5400mAh (with kickstand and can use my own bumper) .

I feel its better to buy this
which will be useful for the next phone we buy also

Good idea but what kind of connector does it have? Apple? Why not microUSB like all phones (except iphone)?.

I would love to get a rugged case with an exteneded battery for my s3 anyone know of any companies making them? I know trident has one cor the droid x but it would be a great addition to the s3

the only ones i have been able to find only seem to fit the Hyperion Battery door (and OR any other make thats the same shape).
however it doesn't fit the Battery door that came with my MAX power extended batteries.
the Hyperion case comes in a bunch of colors but its a TPU case, so i wouldn't really consider it a "rugged" solution.

Yea i need a tough case i tend to drop phones and dony feel like pay for the protection plan verizon offers.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Case Made By Samsung So Expensive?

Hey Guys,
So I've been searching around the web for a case for my Samsung Galaxy Note II and I came across the one made by Samsung. It seems to me that it's one of those style over functionality products. It's nearly $30-$40 and I'm trying to justify if it makes sense buying it.

I was hoping there will be a smart case, whereby each time you flip open the case, the screen will be turned on.

Yeah its kind of like the iPad smart cover... However, less dangerous and more practical...

Official accessories almost always very expensive. Companies have very high margins on them, because that's where people will look first to buy. So I would suggest to search for some alternatives from 3rd party companies.

Trident Case makes a simple yet protective solution for the Note 2...it's called their Aegis series. It comes in like 5 differnt colors too. Their cases are very sturdy. It typically costs about $35 but they have a sale going on until Feb.18th so it ends up being only $26

Where can I find matching S3 and Note 10.1 soft silicone cases in black or hot pink?

Just ordered my (white 16GB) Note 10.1 yesterday! It is the refurb bundle deal from Best Buy. Can't wait til it gets here next week!
Anyway, I also have a white S3, and I was wondering if anyone has seen soft/rubbery silicone cases for both items? I've found black on Amazon:

Both are by Amzer Silicone Skin Jelly Case http://www.amzer.com/ you could contact them http://www.amzer.com/contact/ and ask them if they are the same exact color. The purple on there web site look to be exactly the same color on both s3 and note 10.1 cases so it may just be a lighting issue when the photos were taken for the pink ones. Call them, they have offices in the USA, UK and INDIA.

I have the amzer case above for my nexus 7. it's quite good but the protection is not the best. got the bobjgear one. much better protection. but I don't recommend it for note because of the big raised ring around bezel. might be in the way drawing or taking notes.amzer case is not so attractive..

I got the amzers. They do match and I like them so far.

and you'll find most all of the case discussion there. I use the Unicorn Beetle (yellow/dark grey) myself and chose it because a) it protects about as much of the GS4A as possible without getting in the way of things, and b) the yellow/dark grey color scheme is damned wicked.

Well, an external keyboard (meaning USB) would attach using a proper MHL to USB converter cable so yes that would work, and Bluetooth is wireless so the case wouldn't have anything to do with that (unless it was some kind of RF blocking thing, oddly enough), so yeah it or they should work.
You said "Mine is white" so that most likely means you're referring to the Galaxy S4 - this is the Galaxy S4 Active subforum, a different smartphone altogether (even in spite of sharing a lot of components, the one thing you won't find is a white GS4 Active).
