Is there a mod or app for gingerbread that let's you pull down the notificationscreen from the lock screen like inics? I've done a lot of searching but haven't found any answers.

That is an app trying to make up install something up don't need. Happens on PCs too. Uninstall some recent app u downloaded to resolve.

Download greenify it's free in the play store and it really works just pick the apps that the wakelock app shows and it wont let the app run until you up it

try disable services..
Try to disable app if disabling option is not available use titanium backup

"root app delete" can delete system and use apps as well as freeze. its free
