I had my wife pick this case up when she was running errands. I've been so busy with my new job that I haven't really been doing much with phones.
I guess with CTIA right around the corner, I'm hoping to earn enough money to go.
So far, I'm pretty impressed with this case. It seems like it can go the distance and last as long as I plan to use the device

EDIT: This phone is also known as the DualPRO SHINE case.
Picked one up for the Galaxy S4 and was confused about the deviation from "Silicrylic".
Ordered this case last week. Should get it in the next few days along with my SGP ultra crystal. Cant wait! Great video!!
Have you had any issues with WiFi with this case? I've read that a few people have had degraded signal with this case on.
Have the case and really like it, so far. Didn't notice any issues with any signal quality yet.

I wouldn't say epic failure. Case manufacturers have to decide how to design their case around the IR blaster. Can't completely cover it up obviously.

Agreed. Just got this in today.
Hate the power button access with this case.
Poor case design, IMO

How else are they supposed to design it though? What could they use to keep the usage of the IR blaster? I doubt they could use a clear plastic or something because I bet it would distort the Signal coming from the IR. I know I wouldnt want to take my case off every time I want to use the remote app!

It's up to them to design a case that works properly.
This one does not.

I'm willing to bet some of these people aren't using the IR. I didn't put much thought into the whole thing before I did.
Maybe someone wants to blame HTC? Shown above is the S4.
If anyone covers this up with their case, there will be sure to be complaints about the IR not functioning as well.

Anyone know if there's a case with a kickstand? Or if not, will be released soon?
I saw on at the t mobile store.

I know about the clear one, any chance of any color ones yet?
Just the black and chrome one that appears to be a rebranded Body Glove case. The belt clip doubles as a kick stand.
Yep there is a clear case with kick stand

i got the clear case with kickstand i like it but when im plugged in its wobbles
plugged in what? charger or earphones?
I have the clear kickstand case, it only wobbles because the data cable is not flexible, it retains its form. Other than that, it is a good design.
try put this on ebay HTC MYTOUCH 4G HD BG OEM CASE LCD SCREEN PROTECTOR

Any T-Mobile corporate store.. We have tons of em.
Do you mind if I ask how much the kickstand is case going for? T-Mobile's website isn't exactly being forthcoming on the accessory front!
i believe it's like 30-35 bucks
dual-use for the kickstand case
For the clear case with the kickstand (linked above)--the way the kickstand pulls out (to form a triangle with the back of the phone as one of the sides) lets you slip one finger through it to help with one-handed operation of the phone. Also makes it easier to hold for ebooks and long-session reading/viewing. It was kind of pricey at $30 but for that added convenience I consider it worth it.
It's also worth noting that this case was super-tight on day 1, to the point I was afraid I would break it getting it on and off the phone--or, worse, scratch the phone--but neither of those things happened and now it comes on/off fine while still holding the phone securely.

I can go start "producing" a deuce right now..It will be released soon after, though.

more to come after i smoke it over...
the case came in a plane jane white box. inside is the invoice and then the case was wrapped in bubble wrap. nothing fancy but no one needs fancy packaging anyway.
the case was bigger than i thought however the phone fits in the case just nicely.
included is an instruction card, the "squeegee card", screen protector, and cleaning cloth.
i am NOT a fan of the kickstand. its plastic and it can break off if you hyper extend it.it "snaps" into place in its "docked" position. when you pull the kickstand out, there is no positive "click" or lock mechanism to let you know its out.
the silicon shell feels like the sprint silicon case. it has a rubber cover over the hdmi and usb ports. as for the camera, leds, speaker in back, there is a plastic piece covering those up. so keep this clean of debris when you want to snap a photo.
overall the case is a winner for me. it is indeed rugged and solid feeling.
Get that beast on your phone. Waiting on pics patiently, for now.

its thick! i just dropped it thigh! high (as opposed to waist level--too scared) face first and it still works normally thus far. the holster is nice and its BIG! lol. the case can fit in the holster with or without the silicon jacket. the phone sits in the thing nicely..reminds me of a panasonic toughbook.
if there is a specific photo you want to see, let me know and ill snap one. the video of the case at the website pretty much shows the case in real life.
i can tell you the red accent style case will be dynamite!
there is a separate screen protector you can apply yourself AND the top part of the case that snaps onto the..well.. top has a built in screen protector, which is absolutely nice IMO...

Not happy with this case
I bought this case the day I got my phone at the ATT store. You are correct about the fit, it was almost impossible to take off. I did not like this case after 2 days. It is really big and bulky. If someone is looking for amazing protection, they may get it with this case. If you want your phone to fit in your pocket and stay amazingly comfortable in your hand, this is not it. At least it wasn't for me.

This case don't have a bright color to match the HTC One X
The case seems of a old red color which is not keep in line with the HTC One X's fashion design, have no idea why choose this unmatch color...could say there are enough cases could beyond this one from eBay/Amazon.com and also competitive in price with an impressive pattern, anyway,I won't take any knock-off even it will cost less, however, who knows if it of a reliable quality? by the way, the new released ROCK HTC One x flip leather case may be a solution.

Hey there
I was wondering if anyone had tried the Urban Armor Gear case for the HTC One? From the looks of it, it's fantastic and nothing like I've seen before which makes it not only great looking but also very unique. The black/white mix is just amazing and I have read great reviews about the durability and quality of the case, however I'd like to hear your opinions about it since I will be dishing out A LOT of money to order it online (shipping, taxes and customs) and also waiting a long time to receive it.

I got the HTC Double Dip Flip cover when I first got the device and I like it, however I seldom use the kickstand feature and in all honestly it adds a lot of bulk to the device. When I take it out of the case, I feel like I am using a different phone. The case does help, though, when it comes to the phone heating up and such from use which can make it a bit uncomfortable as I have very pale, sensitive skin.
You don't have to have used it on the HTC One, but perhaps maybe a Samsung, an iPhone, etc. since I know all the cases will have similar qualities, price tags and bulk.
Any advice and/or information would be appreciated.
Thank you!

It should be noted that I have the black one and noticed that pictures are also washed out a bit when using the flash... I think it has more to do with how close the case fits around the flash/camera.
Otherwise, it's a fantastic case, and probably my favorite case of all time. It looks and feels very well made.
Thanks for the replies. I will check out the dedicated thread.
Regarding the flash issue, I am not much of a photographer, in fact I rarely ever take pictures, and when I want I could always just take the case off until I am done, so that's not a big deal. Have you thought about cutting into the flash area, though, so that it wouldn't be covered like the camera isn't? I am sure that could work.
I have the black version and it's awesome. Just get it.

Take a picture in a dark enough environment that the flash comes on, then take the case off and take the exact same picture. You will see the difference. At least I can see a difference. It isn't bad, but noticeable.
This is a review of Case-Mate Tough and Naked Tough cases for M8. http://www.case-mate.com/HTC-One-M8-Cases/HTC-One-M8-Cases.asp
Just like with my previous M8 case reviews, a vendor send me in addition to S5 cases a few samples of M8 cases. As I stated before, I don't have M8 phone, so I took a number of pictures to show you how it looks without a phone. Since I received exactly the same cases for S5 which I reviewed together with a phone, I would like to provide you a link to my review where you can see it in more details and with my impressions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2733694
If anybody purchased this case for their M8, please share your pictures in this thread. The last but not least, though Case-Mate offers some very nice coupons, make sure to check with Amazon where often you can find these for almost half a price.
Pictures of Naked Tough (sorry, had to use a colored paper since the case is transparent).

It's slim, great grip and looks classy. (Plus great protection)
Love it
I highly recommend the supcase unicorn beetle cases. They are gorgeous and have amazing feel and protection for more than half the price of these cases listed here.
I am currently using this case after trying an incipio dual pro and a prism exact fit. I love it, but the power button cover is a little hard to press. The case looks great and feels good. The IR blaster works fine as well. If you can deal with the power button it's a great case.

Thanks. But does it provide more grip or is the phone still slippery? Do you think the naked though is a better option?
I love my Naked Tough all besides one major flaw. The power button is very stiff, you can't tell at all when you are pushing it and I have found myself wondering if it was even working at times. I have never felt such unresponsive buttons. I May try to mod it to work soon, if I do I will let you know how it works.
