There's a thread with some nice ones regarding the note 2. Everything from data rates to hardware acceleration. Use search. I'm lazy.

Really? Couldn't read the other threads on this? lol.
I was told that it hampers performance for many apps, so I disabled it..
In conclusion, I am not using Forced GPU rendering.

Well people have discussed it as far back as 4 months ago when the phone came out... all the way up to today. And the answers are the same.

I fail at searching. General feeling is leave it off?

I always have it on
I have mine on. Don't really notice any difference.

In apps that don't have gpu rendering enabled by default you see a very big difference in scrolling performance when you force enable it. e.g tapatalk 1.x (2.x uses gpu by default so no difference)
It only improves performance in the apps that don't have hardware acceleration enabled by default. I keep mine off because some apps (like Engadget) glitch out when forced to use the GPU and don't display things properly.
This phone's CPU is fast enough that GPU acceleration isn't exactly needed. It does make a noticeable difference, though.

Which one is for our phone?

Im trying to install a game but it has multiple files for different phones. So Which one would work on the s3? HVGA, QVGA, adreno or PowerVR? Thanks i really dont know what they mean.

Need for speed hot pursuit and its cause each file is for a specific kind of phone. So what am asking is which one would work on the s3?

the vendor should be offering this information, especially if you are paying for the app.
Pick adreno, we have the adreno 225 gpu

Looking for specific mod..

I'm looking for the mod that makes the backgrounds and themes etc on cyanogen look a lot more clean and blended together. I didn't search for it. Just because I'm not sure what to even search. LOL
Any help would be great.

Bloatware removal t-mobile S4

First I want to appologize if this has been asked b4 and yes, I did a search and I've been unable to find a list of apps ( system manager etc) that can be safely removed from our phone (T-Mobile S4). Thanks for the help.
