Hi there I've just noticed that viber doesn't use the proximity sensor to turn of the screen when you talk does anyone know how to fix this?

The screen turns off whenever my hand covers the proximity sensors

It doesn't actually turn off, I've noticed this too, what it does do, is turn the screen off, but not the backlight. So it's still wasting battery, and it bugs me cause I'm OCD about things like this! It's been bugging me for quite some time!
but is this due to aokp rom ?

What device are you using exactly?
Have you tried testing the proximity sensor when using Stock ROM on your phone?
Also - have you made sure that inside Viber's settings the proximity sensor option is turned on?

Using the Galaxy Nexus on stock ICS the screen turns off but the navigation buttons still are lighted up and that wastes a lot of battery

Hi,
Are you sure you couldn't find the proximity sensor option inside Viber's settings?
It should be inside More-->Settings
If you still can't find it, please contact our support team through this direct link: http://bit.ly/ukGVJ0, and they'll guide you through a solution (or log the error, and make sure it's fix in future versions).
On Razr I, intel cpu based phone, there is no proximity settings in latest viber app. And ofcurse screen doesnt turn off on call :/

Viber keeps the screen on during calls both on my stock s2 and stock nexus, and there is no proximity option in the settings menu.

I re-download the new version of the ROM brush into the problem persists, Shpongle> Startusbar → clock → AM / PM style when you choose to show when there will be the problem

All right, I just want to let this rom becomes more perfect, and such errors are difficult to avoid. I hope that the next update can be repaired, and can be added to the Chinese localization. I will continue to feedback to you！Come on 1ce！:thumbup:

when i make a phone call and put the call on loudspeaker and then put back to phone headset , the voice is distorted on the highest volume on headset.
please confirm if it happens for all or only me?

I rooted my One V few weeks back and try some custom ROM and the Evolve one was greate, now Shpongle continues. Superfast, also OC my phone :silly:

By the way, I installed this apps as normal apk and:
AudioFX - works only with lenovomusic. By the way, lenovo music is a good one.
Notification peek - it works sometimes correctly.But as usual for missed callsl it just shows my lockscreen for few seconds wnen I take my phone. But if then I lock device, put it somewhere and try to take it again - this notif. peek works
Gallery works fine but not smooth

How can i make lenovo music player english? Lyrics and the boot screen are chinese. Or disable lyrics

Try installing the eragon rom, this fixed the light sensor issue for me.

I never had this problem, which ROM version are you running?
I switched to Eragon ROM caused by some bugs in the Stock ROM.

My current clock is as shown. I have tried jegi0605's app and the clocks look great......but I would really like to keep my digital clock and change the notification aspects. The missed calls icon/feature is useful but I rarely use messenger so I would like to change that icon/feature to WhatsApp unread messages count - or perhaps integrate the icons into jegi0605's clock?
