Hey all,
Been looking to mod my Galaxy S3 to support Qi wireless charging. Anyone have recommendations for a qi charger?

Has anyone used the Powermat wireless charger?
Like this?.
Im not sure if there's been a new development on this or not but I didnt get find anything.
These Qi Receivers like:

The qi wireless charging mod seems a little too complicated. Now that we have these receivers has anyone tried fitting one to the S2?
I know they arent made for it and there are special connect points in teh S3 S4 and the such but cant an end be splayed open and put in between the 1st and 4th connectors where the battery makes contact with the phone? It would be a little difficult to force fit it but it would be snug and not likely to move and fits over the battery well. Has anyone tried any of this?

Qi Wireless Charging
Hi, I just bought a Qi Wireless charger & Charging Cover and its pretty cool! I bought it from the Bitmore UK site.
They have a wide range of Qi (wireless charging) Devices and the one I bought for my S3 is universal. You can charge any qi enabled devices on this pad.
Just search for: BITMORE Qi Charger
I have scoured the web looking for an inductive charger that can charge at 2a output.
I successfully modded my Samsung Galaxy S3 to charge with the palm touchstone. There are dozens of tutorials on how to do this on the web.
The only complaint that I had was to be expected, but i believe it can be rectified. While under normal use, the inductive charger couldn't keep up.
The palm touchstone is only rated for .5a output.
I have found that the qi wireless chargers claim to output 1a to the phone, but I still think that I need a full 2a.

I plan on purchasing a Note 3 as a birthday present to me XD and I have grown fond of wireless charging.
So, my question is has anyone found an inductive charger with faster charging than 1a?
If not is it theoretically possible to mod current products to achieve faster charging times?

Another qi charger. However, this charger is built with 3 coils instead of the standard 1 coil. This technology should negate the need for the phone to be placed on a "sweet spot" as seen with most other qi chargers. The only other charger I know of that has this technology is the TYLT VU which is a universally admired qi charger, but pretty expensive. Has anyone purchased this charger?

Does anyone know of a PMA wireless charger for the car? I've looked high and low, and there's tons of Qi chargers, but only a handful of PMA chargers. And those are all for the home, which I don't need. I need one in my car.
I'd appreciate any help anyone might have on this.
