Very Low Call Volume? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I barely use my Galaxy Nexus for calling but I've been noticing that the call volume has gotten very low. When I'm indoors I can hear the person calling me just fine (still a little quiet) but when I'm outside, I can barely hear the person who's calling me. Is there any fix to this? Please help

There is a few apps in the market that you can try and check this thread.

Samsung Galaxy SII T989 - Poor Sound

Hi, all,
When I talk on this phone, the sound is very poor... Although not too loud (like other complaints) but the sound crackles at high frequencies... The speakerphone is even worse... If I lower the volume, it gets better but sometimes a low volume won't help me with the conversation.
Is it my phone only or everyone experiences that? Are there any tweaks, settings to fix that ?
Thanks!
My phone seems fine and I haven't heard of this issue yet. Maybe I just haven't read up enough but it might just be that you got a bad phone. Exchanging would be the quickest way to get it replaced

I don't hear any cackles but the volume is very low even if I make it the highest it can be.
Mine actually sounds pretty good.

Just the color. They just rolled them out though, so they should be fresh.

Drowning stuttering robot

Is anyone having call quality issues on the cdma gn? I'm on my second device and going to get a news sim today. Everyone I talk to sounds like a stuttering robot who occasionally puts his head underwater. Occurs on bt, headset, speakerphone, and handset.

Crackling noise?

Okay, so I've noticed that many people had this issue, the issue is the sound quality, whenever you play music there's crackling noises in the back ground, it doesn't happen on all songs however you can hear it with headphones in, usually it happens to the left headphone. I was wondering if there's a fix for it
Are you serious about this thread ?? If some one came to you and said, crackling noise. Any fix yet? Would you know wth they are talking about? Come on now.

Constantly running speaker?

So I just realized while I was surfing the web in a silent room, I hear a clicking sort of sound from my phone. So I held it up to my ear and it was sent, then I decided to touch and click on a few things. When I did I heard a click and a faint white noise coming from the speaker, it lasted about 4-5 seconds.
Then I began to wonder if this had to do with my terrible battery life. Does anyone else notice this sound?
I'm on sprint galaxy nexus with AOKP-JB (I have not yet tried another ROM to see if its the cause.)

As far as I'm aware it happens to all (most?) GNs' does on mine and there was a thread on if previously. Don't think its a real issue

Saw a post somewhere here about turning off voice privacy in call settings. Give it a try can't hurt and post back if it helps it not.

Does it have a case?
Mind sound decent; and folks on the other-side say I sound fantastic; much better than old phone which was note 2.
Called my wife from her phone after I bought it for her. She thought that I was on a landline. I haven't tested the call quality of mine yet.
I have something like that on my SM-N910C. Sometimes the sound becomes robotic during calls and i must reinitiate the call. Have you find any solution?
